Susan VS WIP 1 (Patreon)

Started the Susan pic, I actually started a few days ago when i noticed the poll kind of stop moving. I figure I'd show some of the early sketches that lead to this one

I knew that Susan was going to smaller than the other woman, I also knew that I wanted Susan to be toward the viewer. I had also thought they would be using an arm wrestling table so I made one with basic 3d shapes in CSP. That part took longer than it should have.

When i was looking at ref pics I noticed that the people arm wrestling where much bigger and closer then what I had first sketched so I did another pass at it.

This was feeling a bit stiff or some thing to me so I did some thumbs. One where the viewer was at a different angle and one where i pushed their poses a bit more

I went with the pushed poses cuz I kept thinking of it as like a Studio Trigger kind of look and did this rough sketch

I cleaned up the sketch more and was designing the other woman as I did. Was sort of thinking of her as Dolph Lundgren in Rocky

This was the refined sketch before the really refined sketch. I keep telling my self I should try and simplify my art but then I got crazy with details any ways hehe. Oh well at least this is turning out to be enjoyable to draw
