Hey, just 🫂🫂🫂

liv

i'm so happy to have you here today, really i can't say how much this helps. you're that one inspiring youtube person for me <3 german hotlines that helped me a lot: phone number 116 111 to talk about mental health, they'll make support plans for you, anonymously even. 116 117 (number and website) to find doctors and therapists that are currently available and they'll send you the next possible appointment to sign up for, all within 60 seconds, no calls needed, trust. and if it's really really really urgent, don't hesitate to call 112 and get an ambulance, they will send help. huggies🫂

Sarah I’m so glad you’re still here too. For your viewers in the US don’t be afraid to call 988. I’ve called them a couple of times in April because I was going through a heartbreaking loss of a hockey teammate. At that time it was more of like I wanted to talk to someone rather than call about a crisis. But just want people to know that you can call a hotline no matter how small it is. The people there always want to help

Hey Sarah, I know you said you weren't a religious person but I am Christian and believe in God and Psalms 34:18 says "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." so even if you don't believe in God I just want you to know that any prayer that you said good or bad was heard. (the bad ones obviously not being answered) so I hope that is a comfort to you in times of need

Thank you for opening up and sharing your experience Sarah! Just know that you are not alone ever. I’m proud of you for having the courage to open up and share in the hopes that it will help others out who could be going through something similar. Sending you so many hugs! ❤️🫂

To be honest, this is the very first audio of yours that I’ve listened to since last December and the first time I’ve made my presence felt here since then as well but I can’t thank you enough for being so open and honest with your experiences Sarah!! It takes a lot of courage and vulnerability to discuss going through/feeling those things but I commend you for talking about them because I believe it’s extremely important to talk about them no matter how difficult it may be and hopefully it’ll help others who have experienced/been to those dark places themselves. I’m really sorry that you struggle with both anxiety and depression but I’m so so glad that your mental health has gotten so much better and those voices in your head are not as loud as they used to be. Thank you so so much for taking the time to record and trusting us to share your story because that was incredibly brave of you since I know it must’ve not been easy for you to talk about it. I know I haven’t been around here much lately or at all with the Discord server since I’ve never joined it (still not sure if I want to) but I really want you to know that I’m so so so so so happy that you’re still here too Sarah. I’m forever grateful and appreciative of everything you’ve done because you’re easily one of the greatest people I’ve ever met, not just but especially on YouTube and continue to inspire me so so much! You’ve helped me a lot through both your audios and just interacting with you in general. Sending you endless love and bear hugs because you truly deserve it all!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂

I'm the UK you can use the text service SHOUT. You must text the word SHOUT at 85258 and they will respond and it's anonymous and confidential. Honestly as someone who struggles talking it was a literal life saver I used to use it every night during my darkest times and it helped me so much. I pray for everyone going through this and please understand that I can get better for you DESPITE what your brain is saying. And lastly thank you so much for sharing this Sarah it means so much and helps so many people it really is beautiful and I'm so sorry you struggle with anxiety and depression but also it makes me happy that it has improved a lot. <3

Thank you for sharing your story Sarah. I cried listening to your audio and I wish I could give you a big warm hug Sarah 🫂. Coming from an Asian background, it’s usually frowned upon if people find out you’re depressed/on medication/ seeking help. Even your own family members turn your back on you and gossips which has made me develop a ‘ just do it or die ‘ mentality. I do love my family but sometimes it gets too much and makes me want to not receive their calls and just dissapear. (Also one of the reasons why I moved to another country) I’m still saving up to afford therapy and pay off student debts but I just want you to know how much your audios have helped me fall asleep bc I have a hard time falling asleep and also how much we appreciate you for being in our lives and making such a huge and positive impact on us <33 you’re doing great Sarah, you really are. Sending you big, warm hugs 🫂 🫂

The US hotline-988 1-800 273 8255 Because this is important in our time right now in the US LGBTQ US hot line : 1-888-843-4564 Go a bit nonverbal if you're having a crisis? No problem, the US has a text line as well, contact HOME to 741741 Need specific LGBT help when nonverbal or maybe more confidentiality? No problem again, text PRIDE to 988 or text START to 678-678 Again I feel very deeply about this subject, if you or someone you know is dealing with DV or SA, or you are a survivor having a crisis, feel free to contact 800-656-4673 for sexual assault and harassment, 800-799-SAFE Lastly, if you really feel like you are a danger to yourself, seek out the ER. Call hotlines. Get help. You deserve to be taken care of and you deserve to feel safe. And more importantly, you deserve to LIVE and breathe. To see the clouds finally part and let the sunshine warm your skin. To know the storm is passed and you are more than safe, you're loved. You deserve to see the days when its not just gray skies and heavy loads, days where the sun kisses your cheeks and smiles feel weightless. Its incredibly brave for you to be here, and im so proud of you for getting the help you needed. This was a really vulnerable and yet brave thing to talk about. For the record, im so glad you're here and you're getting the help you need. To be honest, me being vulnerable myself. If it weren't for your content, I would've kept just barely living day to day and staying in my vices or something happening that I don't dare to even imagine. Its such a small thing, yet I'm getting help because like you said. Theres no harm in trying, yeah? So thank you. And I'm so very proud💜

This kinda makes my stuff seem like small potatoes, which is kinda nice. I’m not gonna down the mood by going in-depth, because frankly I’m too lazy to type it all out, but my anxiety tended to manifest in extreme nausea and, during some bad periods, daily vomiting. During the pandemic, it got really bad and expanded into other things. I’ll probably lay it all out anonymously if you do another “Your story” audio, but I ended up confining myself to my room for the year. I needed a very forceful push from loved ones to enter the outside world again. Anyways, it’s nice to hear about other people’s stories. It puts things into perspective. Much love
