You have it right as breakup!

The way I learned it was that "breakup" was used when used as a noun and "break up" is used when used as a verb. I have no clue if that's true that's just how I remember being told to use it. I've never seen "break-up" used before, but I'm sure it has some use somewhere I just don't know where.

the first girl is probably traumatized for life lol i got GOOSEBUMPS because it's so uncomfortable😭

The thing with asmr roleplay is that it paints this ideal picture of a relationship in your mind, that is not possible in reality and can never be possible because real people are complex and there are many facets to relationships, including negative ones. In here we only get the best snippets, and even when it's a complicated situation it still ends in a positive way. My therapist told me that as long as you're aware of that and keep it in the back of your head at all times, not letting yourself sink into a fantasy, it should be fine. But there's still the danger of comparing any future relationships with this idealised version and then everything will fall short. So I try to be very mindful and cautious of that

The other thing I wanted to say is that obviously these stories are horrible and some people have no decency when it comes to being gentle towards someone else, but there are also cases in which a healthy and polite breakup is simply not possible. Like for instance with manipulating, narcissistic or abusive partners. Who always try to corner you in, convince you to stay, get compromises out of you. And when you don't have sufficient support from the outside it's easy to fall in their trap. And in some of those cases the only solution is to do a grand and horrible gesture to get the point across (for the both of you) and finally be able to let go. I was in a relationship for more than 5 years (where I saw the red flags after a few months but ignored them), and I broke up while we were in the car at a red light (I know, very safe). Not happy I had to do it like that but looking back I'm grateful that I did it because it finally allowed me to get out of that situation

Ffs that bar story was so wild that I had to pause the audio to process it lol 😂 I mean, if you don’t feel safe coming out to the people around you and you have the means to go off and live your truth GO OFF QUEEN but at least have the decency to break up with your current partner DAMN

You should do more of these, I died laughing 😭

This was a bit rough, not as much as last youtube videos and ye some stories that i heard form relationships make me feel a bit uneasy and i am glad i kinda have a little "lone wolf mindset" and mostly i just doging this absurd things, but i heard even way more worse breakups and some of tham make me seriuosly sick, and me as a gamer that is used to some heavy shit. Always respekt boundries and decisions of other people. But main point, kinda nice refreshing content, something different, nice, why not.

All of these stories go to show that unfortunately not everyone is always going to remain happy and in love all the time and that feelings do in fact change over time whether anyone likes it or not. Sometimes it even turns out to be that they are someone completely different from what they originally appeared or say they were, especially if they turn out to be a really horrible, manipulative, abusive and or narcissistic person. I am kind of glad that I am kind of a quiet and shy person that normally likes to keeps to myself because I really do not like getting caught in a bad situation, especially if there is a lot of drama involved. In an ideal world, I just wish that everyone would have the common courtesy to let their partners know that if they are no longer in love with them, to please break up with them in a respectful and courteous manner instead of playing games with them and toying with their feelings but unfortunately I know that is not always going to be the case for everyone Oh my goodness with the girl in the first story! I really feel so sorry for her because that really is one of the worst ways that someone could break up with you. I cannot even begin to imagine what she must have felt in that moment and is probably no doubt traumatized for life after that. OMG I legitimately had to do a double take with the bar story and read it for myself, what a wild unexpected twist and change of events! This was a really interesting and refreshing change of pace from your usual content Sarah. I really enjoyed this and laughed pretty hard at these stories and your comments and reactions to them as well especially your “oh my”, that really cracked me up haha! I am glad that you wanted to share a little bit of what you like to do in your free time with all of us. I definitely would love to see you share more content like this if you would feel comfortable enough doing so, definitely nothing wrong with wanting to change it up every once in a while. As always much love to you :) ❤️❤️💕

I’m finally getting to listening to this. Not gonna lie, I’d love to see more stuff like this from you! This does make me wonder about something, though. Is there a right way to break up with someone? I know of at least a few relationships that I wish I could have ended differently. Nothing quite as horrible as these stories have shown, but even with someone that has cheated on me, even with someone that has given me absolutely no space whatsoever, even with someone that is desperately trying to convince me not to transition, I feel like in all of these cases, maybe I should have tried to let them down a bit easier.
