Tonight you’ve invited your girlfriend over for a movie date. You’re very excited, but there is a small problem. You want to stim. But as much as you want to, you try and hold it in because you’re afraid of her reaction. It’s hard to stop masking, even when you’re with someone you know you can trust.Written by Turt1eSharkEdits: Johander

My ADHD wasn't diagnosed until a few months ago and I've not been able to get my ASD diagnosed, I'm still learning and getting used to living with knowing why and where a lot of me comes from. Knowing what I do now and looking back it's so obvious just how much I was masking without really knowing it and how bad I felt because of it. This was beautiful and hearing it has meant so much to me and has me in tears, thank you so much Sarah ❤️❤️

This made me cry 🥹 it’s so cute One of my favorite lines was “you don’t have to look me in the eye. Just look at my face” because it’s such a small line but it’s so important in order for someone who is neurodivergent to feel more comfortable. This topic is so important for me and so many other people. You did a beautiful job with the script as always!

Again i learn new things. Thank you for talking about this. As an audio, it was adorable from both sides. I wish people would be more kinder to themselfs and then also to others. Kinda mindset that i brough from 7 Habits of Highly Effective People was person first should start with himself/herself and then with others. I think often people missing first step to understand themselfs so it is easier for them to judge others. But it migh be just though in my head, but recently almost everywhere on socials I see negativity, hate or dramas.
