Thank you so very much for this reminder! I always have lots of difficulty putting myself first due to a ton of anxiety and depression caused by trauma. But with your and a couple of others help, I am continuing to try to do this like with always taking the time to do some self-care everyday. Like with taking nice and relaxing hot baths along with using soothing face masks and moisturizing face cream too as some examples. I really hope that you’re also trying your best to put yourself first too Sarah because you honestly deserve it so much as well ❤️❤️🫂
