Got most of the way done the panopticon map. I've been mulling over the release for this map, and I think this is going to need to be an Adventure Region, a zoomed-out overview of the relationship between a lot of sub-locations that will need further detail.

I think there are six: the disc at the top, the pierced columns, the central floating tower and the city it's connected to, the fortress at the bottom, the underwater bulb, and the walled-off tomb in the bottom right.

There's a kind of chicken-and-egg problem; I don't want to box myself in if I have better ideas later, but the region description should really cover all the major influences and interactions. Probably the right thing to do would be to start with one location and then release the overview last, but we'll see.

Hey Mr. Prescott—just curious if you've looked in to producing something like this as a 360º image... so that you could pan/drag with your mouse in all directions?

If not, I just did... seems impossible! :) Most "immersive" imagery is based on photos and photostitching apps... which would be a little clunky to adapt to illustration... I was just thinking—"How cool would it be to stand in the middle of this illustration and look all around the cavern!?"

Thought provoking. Gorgeous. It begs the mind to fill in the missing info surrounding the imagery.
