Zangief - WIP (Patreon)

Hi there! Here's a work in progress preview of the Street Fighter project I told you about before.

This is one of my entries for the Street Fighter 6 contest which consists in making an original artwork of the characters for a Challanger Screen. There will be 20 winning artworks that will appear within the game and I hope one of mine will make it.

I'm currently planning for 3 entries and I'm starting with Zangief. I've been wanting to draw him for some time and this is the perfect excuse to do so! (or should I sayu, let it out of my system? haha). There you can see some rough sketches. It was a very tough choice between 1 and 2, and I decided to go for number 2 for Zangief since I think it goes more with his personality. Number 1 won't be scrapped. I plan to use it for another character for another of my entries. I will reveal the other two characters in the next days.

I hope you like it! Please look forward to the finished version! :D
