Classic Loving-Kindness Meditation (MAY) (Patreon)

Hello again everyone! 

I'm here today to share May's Patreon Meditation with you all. This month, in line with the Online Class theme, we are practicing with Loving-Kindness phrases. 

However, unlike previous practices I have shared here on Patreon, this meditation is a more traditional take on Loving-Kindness. This month, we begin with showing some compassion toward ourselves, before expanding the circle outwards.

Time to cultivate some goodwill and care!
