Dev Update 15/2026: Bedroom Customizer (Patreon)
Content
Hey everyone!
Today, I'm excited to give you a closer look at a brand-new gameplay feature: The Bedroom Customizer!
In short, you can now fully customize the rooms of the girls living with you. You'll have 5 different slots/categories to tweak and personalize:
The Bed
The Flooring / Rugs
The Wall (behind the bed)
Two Object Slots (behind the character)
When a girl moves in with you for the first time, her room starts out completely bare, though, a basic mattress on the floor is always included. It's looking like this:
To furnish the space, simply jump into the Nilery App on your phone and buy whatever catches your eye:
Unlike the Clothing Customizer, furniture items are actually consumed when placed. This means if you place a specific bed in one girl's room, it is removed from your inventory. If you want to use that exact same bed for another girl, you'll either need to take it away from the first room or buy a second one in the app.
This adds realistic extra costs and gives you a reason to spend your money, which also serves as money sink in the mid to late game!
If you let a girl move out after you've furnished her room, her room setup gets saved. This means the furniture in there is no longer available to you, unless you reset her room before she leaves your house. The advantage is that her room will still be fully furnished if you ever let her move back in. The downside, however, is that you temporarily "lose" the furniture you already bought and you can't use it for another girl.
Clicking the new Gear Icon inside a girl's room opens up the Customizer Menu:
And here, as long as you have everything in your inventory, you can go wild and design the room exactly how you imagine it fitting for each character!
Feeling something a bit wilder?
Prefer a more casual look?
Going for a sleek solo vibe?
Or just mix and match everything! (Note: There are more furniture options available in-game than what's shown in these previews!)Just like with the Clothing Customizer, there are dozens of unique combinations to experiment with, so have fun finding the perfect setup.
One last bit of good news: Development is moving along faster than expected, and I will most likely be able to release V0.28 in early August, probably on the 7th!Exact dates will follow separately, as always.
