New ocean themed story (Patreon)

I am working on a new story that will be the main focus for the coming months, as I am wrapping up Stowaways. This time there will be sea monsters, submarines and scientists.

I think her name is Mara. Still working on some of the details.

This drawing is almost done, still needs some polish, but gives some ideas on what is coming, without spoiling anything.

Sea monsters huh.. Will the creature gonna be a Serpent-Type of creature or another octopus type?

Hmm, I am not entirely sure yet. The thing I have in mind looks more like a giant starfish, with some octopus characteristics mixed in. I am looking at whether this critter will work . Don't really want to do exactly the same as what I did before, but an octopus like critter does allow you to do a lot of interesting things

Starfish? I did remembered suggested such creatures when I first joining your patreon haha. But they can work honestly. Like Starfish like creatures who latched onto unsuspecting prey to feed on their blood. But for Female (aka the lucky girl), they latched onto her to breed and drink essence from you know where and her breast. Oh, they also attack in group. Mind you, I got this idea from a kid show except the Starfish turned into ball that roll to move faster. Of course, in the end, it's up to your ideas. I be happy anyways seeing your characters got good treatment 😌

I really like the idea of a starfish! I don't know why but I picture it has tentacles like those carnivorous plants with the sticky limbs, just coating her in natural rubber goop :3

I think you wouldn't need to limit yourself completely to ‘plants directly mating with females’. Many plants in the real world rely on other beings to pollinate them, so I think you could concentrate on that process in your work. I have two suggestions perhaps you could consider: First you could design a flower-themed monster, once it captures a female it would cover her in a pollen-laden gel; this gel acts like a bodysuit, forcing the female to stand upright like a pistil after blooming, emitting a scent to attract ‘bees’. Then, when these ‘bees’ lay their eggs inside the female, they carry pollen with them, helping these plants to cross-pollinate each other. After pollination is complete, the plants close up to protect the ‘bees’ eggs, establishing a mutually beneficial cycle. The second theme centres on ‘fruit’. In my conception, there exists a kind of tree that attacks any creature stepping into the range of its root network. Upon sensing prey, its roots drag it directly underground, where the female captured is slowly transported along the main trunk to the fruits growing on the branches. After seeds have been implanted into the female, these fruits release hormones to attract other flying insects for pollination. Once the seeds have matured, they are expelled by the female and fall around the tree to expand its habitat, whilst the pollinating insects are hunted and consumed as food (I think it would be interesting to design a plants-version of the angelfish😁).

Whether for this story or another, I like the idea of one of your heroines descending into the depths in a submarine, or some other aquatic craft, only to be attacked by a sea monster. Thinking she's safe inside, she hunkers down with weapon in hand and calls for help on the radio that may or may not be working - a detail that can serve as a good or bad end thread - the monster attempts to penetrate the hull, to her surprise it is making progress, forcing her to flee from the craft or is taken out of it by the monster, either way she's left it's mercy. I'll leave the imaginings to you and others. ;) Keep up the great work, zero!
