"Small" adjust the idle, combat, and walking animations .

Add new versions with a mask (eyeless), proper clothing, and a hat.

Rework Heroic and Afflicted versions using the original designs as reference.

Clean up some sprites.

Honestly, bro, your character skin mods have basically no competition on the Workshop. I’m serious. Yeah, a lot of people making character skin mods are always chasing higher image quality, flashier effects, a more anime-style look, or completely custom animation sets. But personally, I don’t think any of that is enough to really compete with what you’re doing. First of all, your skins fit the original Darkest Dungeon art style insanely well — the dark, cold color palette, the rough pen-and-ink sketching, even the fact that they can use the original character animations perfectly. When I first saw your mods, I honestly wondered if you were secretly one of Red Hook’s official artists 🤣 And on top of that, the characters in your skin mods actually have distinct personalities. Yeah, making different characters genuinely feel like different people is a huge challenge. The determined Bounty Hunter, the adventurous Plague Doctor with a slightly unhealthy obsession with experimentation, the frail (NOT) yet mysterious Occultist... That’s exactly why your mods have such a huge edge in my eyes. You’re a milestone, man. My hero!
