I woke up to a sudden crash, as if someone had slammed a door or dropped something heavy right next to me, and without opening my eyes, I let out an irritated breath, already ready to start yelling at my neighbors.

"Have you completely lost your minds over there?!" I muttered into the pillow, lazily rolling onto my side. "Let a guy sleep for once..."

But at that moment, I felt something heavily pulling my skin downward, right from my chest, as if some warm weight had stuck itself to me.

I frowned without opening my eyes, automatically jerking my shoulder as if trying to shake the sensation off.

"What the hell..." I muttered, even more annoyed, rolling onto my back.

But the moment I rolled over, that "something" not only failed to disappear, it shifted, heavily tugging my skin downward and outward, and suddenly I distinctly felt two soft masses rolling across my chest with a strange delay.

I immediately opened my eyes and froze in shock, because this ceiling with yellow stains and a crack in it definitely wasn't from my dorm room in Boston.

Slowly, I turned my head and realized my suspicion about the ceiling had been correct. The interior around me looked completely different. For a moment, it felt like I had ended up in the past. Not just the past, but somewhere in East Germany or even the Soviet Union.

"No fucking way..." I said, noticing that my voice sounded as if it had been run through some stupid filter, softened, pitched upward, and made to sound almost plaintive, with an inappropriate gentleness that made my skin crawl.

Immediately, as if responding to a wake-up command, I sat upright, and that turned out to be a mistake, because whatever was on my chest jerked upward with me, heavily stretching my skin before softly slapping against my ribs a moment later.

I froze, not breathing, and slowly... very slowly lowered my gaze.

"...You've got to be kidding me..." I whispered, staring at two enormous, heavy breasts hanging from my chest, stretch marks clearly visible across them.

My hands, without even asking permission, immediately reached for them. My fingers sank into the softness at once, and I squeezed them as if trying to verify whether any of this was actually real.

I tried lifting them and immediately felt my biceps tense as though I were lifting a heavy dumbbell instead of... my own breasts?

"Shit!" I shouted, standing up and remembering how last night, after staring at my monitor until three in the morning, I'd been mindlessly scrolling through that idiotic website with its awful design and banners screaming "change your life with one click." I remembered snorting, drinking cheap beer, cursing deadlines and that damn university, and thinking about how sick I was of my miserable life. I remembered scrolling through photos, at first with mild amusement, then with a strange irritation, because there were too many women among them who, judging by their descriptions, hated their lives, and for some reason that bothered me.

I especially remembered one... I think... Ella? No... Ester Nagy. Thirty-seven years old. Hungary.

Complaints, the usual stuff: "my husband is an idiot who only thinks about one thing," "he treats me like his property," "I'm tired of being a woman."

I had snorted into my beer.

"Then get a divorce," I muttered at the screen. "Or tell him no, I don't know... what kind of nonsense is this..."

And I clicked "I agree."

"NO!" I shouted again, looking around until I spotted a mirror, then instinctively stepped toward it, not even noticing how my hips swayed slightly to the side or how the weight on my chest shifted again with that delayed motion, painfully reminding me of its presence.

And, damn it, it wasn't just weight. These were two enormous, heavy breasts hanging low, stretching the skin with their mass like two overfilled sacks of warm jelly ready to tear themselves loose with any sudden movement. They swayed a moment late when I inhaled sharply, and I felt my nipples, already hard from the sudden tension, pull tight and ache faintly in the cool air of the room.

I stood in front of a large old mirror wearing nothing but green panties that clung tightly to wide hips and a soft stomach with natural folds. One hand automatically slipped beneath my left breast, trying to lift the weight, but my fingers immediately sank into the soft, heavy flesh. Lifting it really was harder than I'd ever imagined.

I pressed a hand against the mirror and looked at myself. The woman staring back at me wasn't young. She had visible wrinkles and tired eyes, and right now those eyes held not merely confusion but almost animal terror. She stood there awkwardly hunched beneath the weight of her own breasts, looking back at me.

My fingers trembled against the mirror frame, and I felt my palm growing sweaty, while my other hand, still supporting that damned breast from underneath, gradually lowered as fatigue made it release some of the weight.

And then...

"ESTER!" a loud, irritated male voice shouted behind me.

I turned toward it and immediately felt my breasts sway again, painfully pulling my skin downward, while my hips instinctively shifted from side to side.

"Why the hell are you screaming this early in the morning?!" the same voice continued, now closer. "Where's my coffee?"

At that moment, his hand landed on my ass and squeezed hard, fingers digging deep into the soft flesh, and a sharp, humiliating realization of the situation shot through me.

I swallowed, realizing it was probably better not to panic or throw a tantrum in front of this guy who clearly considered me his property. Let him leave if he's already getting ready to go somewhere, then I'll find a computer and just cancel everything.

At least, that's what I thought at the time. However, when I finally found myself alone, managed to open the website, and received a response from support saying, "Dear user. Exchanges may only be performed once. Repeat exchanges are not possible. This is stated in the user agreement which you accepted before activation," after which the site stopped opening altogether as if it had never existed, I realized that I would have to get used not only to this enormous weight on my chest, but also... to my husband's regular "servicing."
