So pretty and Christmasy. Can’t wait to give it a try. Thanks as always Scottie.

Hey Scottie. I noticed on this tutorial you use a different brush to grab and mix colors before using your watercolor brush to apply it. I was wondering why?

Karen King

I love that old church in Yosemite. I took lots of photos when I was there and even sold a watercolor painting of it once. It is perfect for a Christmas painting.

Thank you Scottie I completed this today as therapy while my little cat had gone AWOL. You are so brilliant - I actually loved the output, the process calmed my mind and I found my cat Freddy :)

Thank you Scottie! This put me in the Christmas spirit, tho’ the weather outside is frightful! Great time to try it 😉

Another great tutorial. Showing the dryer (way cool!) helps the novice understand when to go wet on dry! 👏👏

Lynda Roman

My first tutorial … so much fun! Thank you.

Patricia

Linda

Mary King

Love this. Haven’t sketched in so long. Am going to retry it. The first was not great,

Teresa

I'm learning so much from watching you draw and paint. Love that you are so calm and give the back story on the artistic decisions you're making as you're drawing and painting. Thank you!!

Jane

As a first attempt, could we simplify it even further and leave walls plain?
