TUTORIAL FOR THIS WEEK: Simple Urban Sketching

This week we're sketching buildings in front view! These can be a lot of fun because we aren't distracted by working out perspectives. My favourites are 2 and 3. I can also add some people walking to any of these photos to make them more interesting.

feel a bit sorry for Mudgee - they are all appealing but I like to draw buildings from places I've been, thus the appeal of Amsterdam.

I think 4 has lots of color and character. #3 would also work.

I vote for Amsterdam because of the other elements (trees, bicycles, water) that make the scene with the buildings.
