Just a few random Wizard of Oz related items: Buddy Ebsen, who played Jed Clampett in the Beverly Hillbillies, originally was slated to play the Tin Man, but he had an allergic reaction to the makeup and they had to replace him. Every time I watch this I think of the song by the group America. In the end, Oz never did give nothin' to the Tin Man, that he didn't already have. I believe in the original book, Dorothy was supposed to be about nine years old, but Judy Garland was inexplicably cast as the little girl character for the movie :) I guess she was playing a little girl still even though she was practically a woman. I feel like there was even supposed to be a whole love interest thing between her and the farmhand Hunk (the scarecrow) in the movie, but that didn't make the final cut. I think there were some actual child actors playing the munchkins, but a lot of them were little people. I met one of the more famous munchkins at a state fair some years ago. He has since passed on. I think he was the last living munchkin from the movie at that time. I think when the legs of the wicked witch of the east shriveled up after Glenda stole the ruby slippers, it was a member of the band Four Non Blondes, pulling her from under the house in order to swipe the striped socks. Someone is seen wearing them in the video for What's Up? You think I'm lying about that, go check it out. They stole the witch's socks for a video shoot. That's what's up ;)

Also not related but I'm about to watch a movie called Legend where Tom holland plays two characters. That may be something u would enjoy also.

I'm Batman

I believe the word the wizard was trying to say at the end (the do good person) was philanthropist, but I could be mistaken.

The way you asked "whats in her basket"?" Reminded me of that thanos meme: WHAT WAS HE COOKING? 🤣

Every time I see Dorothy leaving Munchkinland, going down the yellow brick road, I feel like Dorothy is crip walking.

Ooooh does this mean you'll react to Wicked soon? 👀

I’m proud you have your bedroom and your living room back, JL. That’s not a sacrifice you should have to make on our behalf.
