Man the last scene with Bruce Willis and Liv Tyler used to fuck me up lol

Big Frank

This should be a big hit on YouTube

This is one of the few movies where I left the theater tired from all the suspense, I enjoyed the movie, and i think this is my Fav MC. Duncan movie. Twister also would have done that to me [it hit theaters the weekend after an F3 tornado messed up downtown Fort Smith in 96, near where i live, they had a car with a telephone pole down on top of it in front of the theater.

Oh the tears I shed watching this movie the first time are nothing compared to the ones I shed tonight. I didn't have a kid before and the feels now are almost too much for my heart to bear. Loved your reaction. I hope the pain from crying with a Sinus Infection goes away fast. But thank you for always sharing your heart in these reactions.

And now you should react to "Don't Look Up"

Deep Impact errs more on the side of realism and trying to tell a story that could possibly happen. Armageddon is an un-apologetic "Made in Michael Bay" over-the-top-in-every-aspect mega production. In space. Aside from both involving world-ending asteroids, they're really not comparable. Favorite quote: "I forgot Owen Wilson was in this movie".

pkleo73

yes! cool. Havnt seen this in a good long while. Lookin forward to watchin it.

Yo I've been a Patreon member for over a year now and the post movie discussion with the ice cream might be the best thing I've ever seen from J. 😂😂

I love this flick!!! Saw it 3 times at a local Drive-In when it came out. (Also saw Deep Impact same place , when it came out. ) This and Deep Impact came out around the same time , but from different studios. Same with Dante's Peak and Volcano , and Tombstone and Wyatt Earp. Also it's part of the "Disaster Movie" Sub-Genre. (One of my fave sub-genre's. Not part of the "Animal Amuck" sub-genre , which is similar , but different.)

Jessica

Is there a link for a copy of the movie?

The “smartest guy” is Jason Isaacs - he played the evil mf in The Patriot and Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter franchise. I always forget Liv Tyler is Steven Tyler’s (Aerosmith) daughter until I rewatch this movie. Loved this reaction - the ending never fails to make me cry and I’ve watched this dozens of times.

Sequiro

Judith Hoag She was April Oneil from TMNT.

Great movie..getting my copy so I can watch along 👍 😀

Absolutely loved your reaction J! I cried so hard when I saw this at the theater. Once Ben screamed/cried the "Harry, I love you" that was it for me.

frost1977

NO I have never heard drogo snore , I guess the mic doesn't pick it up.

frost1977

The smartest dude on the planet, was Jason Isaacs. He played the Villian , Colonel William Tavington from the Patriot with Mel Gibson.

Brian McG

If you're a big fan of Michael Clarke Duncan then you ABSOLUTELY must watch The Slammin' Salmon. By the same guys who did Super Troopers. Such a hilarious movie and Michael Clarke Duncan damn near steals the show, which says a lot considering the people around him in that movie.

Michelle Bebo Horrigan

This was the last movie I watched with my mom before she passed away. Still super hard for me to watch even though I really like this movie. Watching with you definitely made it easier. We played the main song from this at her funeral too so I just had to mute the ending scenes (I couldn't). She loved that song & the movie💜

i ain’t seen mark curry in 20 years…. forgetting you’re watching a 25yo movie. 🤣 hangin’ with mr. cooper was actually awesome tho. 🤷🏽‍♀️😂

shaneth138

lol you missed all the best parts at the end.

AdrianF

I love that you have a heart, and just be like it is instead of the opposite of trying to pretend you're above it. Are you gonna do a Titanic 4K rewatch?
