Thanks for the reaction J. Just starting to watch, so I'll see you on the other side!!

Big Frank

Is this some sort of cult movie?

Chris Baldwin

Jesse really did give Bob the gun he used to kill him with.

Over a year ago I was bidding in an auction from Bonham's. There were so many great old west item's it was amazing. The centerpiece was the gun Pat Garrett used to kill Billy the Kid. Starting bid was $1.7 million dollar's. It sold for $3.9 million, plus a 20% buyers fee. So, about $4.2 million. Also in that auction were two cabinet card photo's showing the people of Creede Colorado taking the body of Bob Ford out of the bar he owned, after being murdered. I think they sold for about $1,800. Anyway, I'm so glad you liked this film J. Next month marks my one year anniversary as a Murder Whistle!! What a great ride it's been!!

No Frank. It is a very accurate film about the murder of Jesse James. Right down to the fake name Jesse gives to the Ford boy when looking for Jim Cummins. I have a newspaper from then, that gives the name Dick Turpin in connection with the James gang. Give it a chance, you may like it. Who knows...

Lori

Absolutely one of my favorite films. Brad Pitt recently said he considers it his best. I really hope you share this over on YT also.

I'm glad to see you watching this before doing any potential gaming reactions, it's MUCH better in this order

About the use of what's called a "Fisheye" lens. Making the outer portion seem blurred. I think it was a cue for watcher's to know when the narrator was going to speak. It also shows how lens' made back then made thing's look in that time period. Like I said before you even watched it, all I care about is J's opinion and reaction. I'm sorry more Patron's don't care about the history of this Country, and J doesn't get more "LIKES". The meaning of a "Great Film" is so perverted today, it's embarrassing!! Maybe next time...HAAAAAA
