Watching these full reactions, I've noticed how much more you appreciate the artistry of the filmmaking. This may not be Kubrick's best work, but it's definitely one of his most iconic and well made.

Gomer was also in Law & Order CSI for years. He's a fantastic actor.

Manospondylus

Fun fact my dad was an officer in Vietnam. His interpreter/lover was 100% connected to the enemy. We know this because when her mother found out they were visiting a certain Buddha location she told them that "wasn't a good day to go"..... It was bombed that day.

Vincent D'Onofrio has been in a lot of great things. One of my favorite performances of his is in 'The Salton Sea' when he played a crazy drug dealer called Pooh Bear who did so much coke his nose had rotted away. Val Kilmer put on a great performance in that as well. Tom Sizemore has done a ton of films, but he wasn't in this one. 'Natural Born Killers' was one of his roles that always stuck with me. 'Strange Days' too.

Madmanmarz1981

In regards to Mr. Sizemore in a war movie Black Hawk Down is a MUST watch for J IMO. As for a Vietnam film , Hamburger Hill is the most accurate in most opinions.(Also a MUST watch as well.) A powerful somewhat lesser known film.

frost1977

JL- gomer is the actor who played the guy in Jurassic world that wanted to use raptors as weapons, He also played Kingpin in the netflix Daredevil.

Jack Baker

Why can’t I see the footage ?

The Drill Sergeant was a real drill Sargeant and they let him pretty much write his own script so it would look authentic.
