My understanding is most people have magic energy and can do basic things with it like moving objects, shoot fire, etc. But having a grimoire allows for more complicated things to be done with Magic, like more advanced techniques :p

I really like the bleach similarities in this show man the main character wields a sword and has an unknown power in him and then when yami jumped off the balcony and his aura was shaking the atmosphere to show off a captains power. 😮‍💨

When my friend recommended this show to me, he said it's the definition of a 7/10. I think it's higher than that, and the later episodes prove it. This stuff gets GOOD

i think yall should watch episode 115 in sub and dub because the voice acting is stellar in one part i dont want to say more cause it could spoil things but its sick in dub and sub. i know its a long way out but just think about it.

Excited for you to meet all the character and figure out who will be your favorites lol. Michelle wanting to be in Coral Peacocks and Ron in Crimson Lions is a good match honestly. I would’ve loved to be in Blue Rose Knights tho (even when Ron called it boring lmao)

In black clover verse you are born with a certain type of magic. Yuno has wind others have water, fire and so on. If asta had magic he wouldve most likely had sword magic because that is the type of grimoire that picked him. Its not because he has no magic that he gets a weapon. Ofcourse theres more details as to why that grimoire picked him but yall will find that out later.

From my point of view, i couldn't rewatch Black Clover alone, it's too boring, and beginning is annoying. But at the same time, i fuck with this anime more than with Naruto or any other shounen. It has much better atmosphere in my opinion and world building. Also i think in the end the story is also better (anime ending Arcs + Arcs from manga & there's one of the greatest anime plot twist in the manga). Comparing this and Naruto: Naruto is mostly drama (depression) when i think about it, if there's anything comedic, it's old and unfunny. I love the music part of Naruto, the OSTs and the drama is great, can really make you empathetic. On the other hand Black Clover's humour isn't great either, but there's a lot more of it, so there's a bigger chance that at least some jokes will be funny. But besides that, it's not dramatic, but also has it's dark moments.

I think someone sent a list but recommended to watch some of the fillers (which I agree since there’s a lot that add to the story/fill in the gaps), BC fillers are pretty good anyway and has the author’s approval
