This episode really made me take a second look at Aoyama. Up until now he seemed mostly like comedic relief, but even looking back at his hero name: "can't stop twinkling" it sounds kind of like a promise to himself that he wants to shine even though from the start it felt like he was in impossible circumstances

If you look back on older episodes the signs were there. Aoyama was leaning in listening to Tsu ask Deku about his quirk in season 1/2 when they were on a bus, Aoyama was just randomly standing outside during season 4 looking for Deku before the school fest started, Even during the school tournament he kept asking people where they thought he was and he said " its a secret ". It was played off like a joke but he was probably doing something for AFO. A lot of people also focused on his name " Can't Stop Twinkling " the Cant Stop could have bee in reference to being controlled. Once this chapter dropped I went back and just tried to watch how he moved. The author did a great job of making it subtle, but noticeable once the reveal happened.

That caught me off guard too. All for One tricked his parents as they just hope they can give a quirk to Aoyama to see their dear child's smile. Instead, they just fell into a hole of no return and to do as All for One instructs or else they die. Aoyama who love his parents and displayed kindness to his friends throughout the whole show had no choice to follow instructions in order to protect his family while in guilt betraying his friends. It got to a point that the world is falling because of All for One being the mastermind and Aoyama was one of the person that has 'aided' with the infiltration attacks and Aoyama thought that he is villain, never can he be a hero and he can't turn back. I feel so sad for what he had to go through. T-T

I’ve been saying for a long timeeee that HE was the spy all for one had I’m shook that I was right about it. But it was really clear season that night he put cheese on deli’s door saying that he knew his secret.

I did he was actually my only guess. He has BEEN acting suspicious and he’s always been standoffish when you rewatch this show you’ll notice it. Even the way the avoided showing his pupils when he’s in his hero costume there are so many clues it was him

Even though I knew it was him this episode makes me so emotional. I been sus of him the artist were so specific about how they placed him in scenes and drew him depicting his anxiety. It was too specific and that’s what made me suspicious home being the rat was literally the last one you’d imagine him being. And he wanted to fit in really bad but at the same time he seemed to be separate from everyone. When you loook at the whole show he is the only one who isn’t close to anyone in class 1-A.

Yeah I didn't predict it was him until I read it in the manga. Thought it would be Mineta, Invisible Girl, or the Copy Quirk guy from Class B Monoma. I guess those would have been too obvious though lol.

I don't know if someone already explained this but as I remember in the manga, after AFO said he has multiple routes, they showed Hagakure's (Invisible Girl) gloves to make readers think she was the spy, then the chapter ends there.. Read Chapter 335 for reference. Which lasted about only a week since they revealed Yuga as the spy the next chapter. It probably didn't have the same effect in the anime since it was revealed in the same episode.
