But what about demon slayer finale!?!?!

Justin Walkins

Another Thing about Road to Sakura, it's one of the only times you'll ever see Sakura's family.

Max Voit

As a swiss i really like the european drop time =)) Loved your vlogs too ! keep up the good wokk =)

Vicente

Yay reaction time 😁

Nate Banker

Really love the earlier uploads lol

Kd

Man I love yall reactions😂 as my first anime I love that you guys experience the same feelings I have

Bhadar Chaudhary

It’s prerecorded also they won’t be uploading after today til the 8th because they and their editor will be on vacation

Mr. Man In Black

These are probably my least favorite episodes lmao😂

Rook964

Michelle looks like a pokemon when she cries 🥹

Ahkenaton Furdge

Nah Ron, this is emulating real life reactions. No filter can account for a reanimation jutsu

Lmiwnks

That song in the background at the end where Choji takes charge is sooo good. Anything emotional with that song hits harder lol

Maks Lesniewski

I'm probably the only one who's bothered by this, but does anyone else notice the absurdity of Ino saying about an EDO KAKUZU, that "they have to take him down 5 times" because he has 5 hearts? Like, bitch, what? He's already immortal, by courtesy of edo tensei, the 5 hearts don't give him another layer of immortality or anything like that. The only real advantage an Edo Kakuzu with 5 hearts has over an Edo Kakuzu with one heart is that he has all 5 chakra natures.

botanbutton

From what I remember, they do have mental/emotional/psychological training for shinobi. Sakura mentioned it way back in like, episode 10~20. It's just as Michelle said, this situation is uniquely crappy and it makes sense for Choji to feel and act how he does. It was the perfect moment for him to become who he truly is, it was just a hard step to take. Not everyone can reach Tanjiro Level Kindness.

js ls

I m Big Fan of Ron, he is so smart realistic and practical.

abi

I think the most important thing to remember here is that they are fighting people who are supposed to be dead and there is no way to prepare for that from a psychological stand point because it is not a common thing that happens. Also don't forget Kabuto said that anyone who is sealed away can't be reanimated and idk if y'all remember but a while back this guy named Itachi was fighting his little brother and in the middle of that fight sealed away a guy named Orochimaru (nbd), hence why Kabuto can't bring him back now.

Raventerrace

Ron got proud of choji at the end me too Ron I shed tears too🥲

GameGod

He doesn't have an extra layer of immortality but you can't just attack him without thinking he's going to use his other 4 hearts to defend him

Maks Lesniewski

That still doesn't translate to "we gotta take him down 5 times". As I said, the only added difficulty is the additional number of chakra natures.

Eysu

I like how Ron always criticizes Choji, but ends up tearing up for him in the end.

Olivia

lol I love Ron’s respect for Orochimaru*

BigAL96_

38:00 I am 1000% with Ron! No soft ishh around ere. You applied for that job, do your job!

Elessar

14 episides😬

RikudoRyan

The thing about the mental side of the shinobi is very fair and I 100% understand what you're saying, but that's actually one of the themes of the show in a way. These are 15/16 year olds fighting a wide-scale ninja war with the entire worlds existence at stake. They've been child soldiers and throughout the history of the verse there's been people like Kakashi and Itachi who have been squad leaders at 12 and 13. The point being, the shinobi world is fucked.

FuegoQuis

Called Choji a pussy and Ron ended up crying hahaha. Jk Ron lol That’s what this show just does to people man!

FuegoQuis

Yea rewatching it again these episodes are meh

Mr Az

102 it’s filler episodes of kabuto

FuegoQuis

Orochimaru soul was trapped and sealed by Itachi. He isn’t available to be reanimated

RedEyeItachi

We don’t know who taught them but it was more than likely Konohamarus dad since we never saw him but we know he exists so it’s the most likely answer. Or there could be other Sarutobi from that time period that we just don’t know about like potential Hiruzen having a brother

DragonSinOfWrath

Appreciate you guys working early. Hope you guys got to properly enjoy your day abroad too

Rob

Dang, two whole episodes for a single punch to happen. In "real" time this happened in a span of what... 2 minutes or so ? Brillant development but it's kinda funny to think about 😅

Rob

This fight is not a filler, It happened in the manga. The flashbacks are hella dragged but the fight do exists haha

Stropheum

Sour coffee is a sign of under extraction and a huge reason why i got so sick of pourover. it's so hard to control the extraction time

Rob

I mean, Michelle overthought this part a bit there. The tradition is that a Sarutobi clansman gives earrings to the Ino-Shika-Cho trio as a sign of unity among their clans. That tradition says nothing about the Sarutobi clansman leading Ino-Shika-Cho. For their parents, it could very well have been the 3rd hokage, even if he was not their team leader.

Venti Vodka

lol I totally did the king taste testing thing as a kid! First time I've heard another personal verbalize that

Chey

i feel like you’re contradicting yourself Ron. you wondered why they didn’t have a reaction to Kakuzu ripping out someone’s heart, but you expect Choji not to feel sad & hesitate in fighting his old teacher? i understand where you’re coming from, but remember that they’re still humans as well as ninja. if everyone was meant to be a robot & follow orders without any feelings involved, then they might as well let Danzo win lol. again, i understand where you’re coming from. that’s not their teacher anymore & you gotta “do what you gotta do”, but these emotions & connections are moments that make Naruto great & relatable. i appreciate you guys & all the uploads!

Rasta Jah

Wait for my guy itachi ;) You're not ready

Kayso

Always loved Choji's butterfly technique its so badass. Gives me nostalgia from when he fought Jirobo. Ino Shika Cho makes such a great team. I wish they had Ino use flower techniques for example "Explosive Flower" like she uses in the Naruto games, giving her more of an arsenal of jutsu in the series that can do damage, instead of her only having mind transfer. Plus she works at the flower shop 58:37 The chakra blade is what y'all are talking about

Stropheum

ron you're 100% correct about the earring style. The genin earrings are hoops, given to them from their parents when they enroll in the ninja academy, and when they become full fledged shinobi, the sarutobi clan presents them with a stud which replaces the hoop. They hang onto the hoops for when their children become genin. Also I'm with you. The choji thing is super frustrating, and it's meant to be frustrating. The reason being is that most shinobi have learned to harden their hearts and make tough decisions, but choji has so much love in his heart and it's so on his sleeve that he doesn't have the ability to sort of dim that compassion in him. So the need for his strength to grow was that much more, so that he could do what's necessary without diminishing his compassion. In a way Choji's arc is in a way guiding him towards being like Naruto - if you think about it Naruto's journey has been marked by doing the more difficult thing and deferring to compassion

Saith D. Uchiha

I hope Demon Slayer is on soon Ik it’s not their fault I just gotta wake up at 5am n it’s gonna be 11 by the time I finish this. Yes I could wait. But I’m addicted to the reactions. Any good sleep medicine, supplements, or practices plz comment below. I’m on heavy sleep medication due to night terrors n ptsd so I have insomnia. I can’t take my meds before work or I can’t move for like 12 hours

The CulturedGentleman

This is the kind of interaction Kabuto intended to have by leaving their memory and personalities intact for the reanimations. On some it backfired but in cases like this, its nightmare! Btw guys, most people do not think about this but if Ino had the ability to utilize other's abilities while taking their bodies over, it would make the Ino-Shika-Cho formation absolutely broken. Canonically it should work because as we saw with Sasori and the 3rd Kazekage, Chakra resides in the body, not the soul therefore Ino should have been able to copy skills while in mind transfer - maybe after looking at the handsigns etc. There is soo much wasted potential there. Ino and her clan could be one of the most powerful in all of the hidden leaf when u think about it really...

Stropheum

Just because something happened in the manga doesn't mean it's not filler. But yeah not filler

The CulturedGentleman

Btw Shikamaru is my second favorite character for a reason. He is not the strongest but absolutely the BEST person you would want on your team or as your captain. Hes that guy whom you can trust with your life and not have to worry because you know he will always think of the right thing to do in almost every scenario.

The CulturedGentleman

Orochi? Nah bro please spell it out. I think I hate the real Orochi more than any other character in anime

No Remorse

They are traveling, said they are posting it when they are back

The CulturedGentleman

One thing you can absolutely bet on is that behaviour like Choji's would NEVER occur in the Foundation. Hate or like Danzo

No Remorse

They are traveling, said they are posting it when they are back

The CulturedGentleman

Btw Guys PLEASE watch Kaiju #8 and Windbreaker. I PROMISE you will love them both!

Saith D. Uchiha

A Sarutobi usually excels in fire nature. You saw him use this move before it’s called Burning Ash. It’s created a huge smoke bomb (literally). He bites down on a thread and all that smoke becomes fire. My top 2 favorite Fire Jutsus.

Saith D. Uchiha

I don’t think you realize Tenten must have huge chakra to use the sage of 6 paths weapon. It was already stated most people would die even trying to use it. Tenten is a massively underrated character.

joisealexuss

Demon slayer has been delayed there was an announcement (mod)

HeroSword P

Next episode is gonna be so hype...

Taka

LMAO she said, "nah" and put that cup of coffee down so quick

Jeremy$

until when

Mateusz Kuklinski

I don’t know about massively underrated. She is still mostly useless tbh.

john Alexander

I always enjoyed Choji's story especially as someone who is going through his own struggle to become a more confident person. I can't help but shed a tear. Everyone can't be the "chosen one" like Naruto or the elite like Sasuke. It's super relatable.

kai

i think they come back next week or end of this week i cant remember

rami

lol you’re not alone Ron, when I was a kid and eating any type of steak or chicken I used to act like I hunted for that food and cooked it outside 😭

Jens Mertens

European here :p more specifically, Belgian :D if you don't wanna drink black coffee, add some milk, not creamer. Way to fat 🤣 way to American :p and yes i do still have to watch the reaction . Okay, so, there is always emotions in play. Even for soldiers IRL. It's true you have to learn to shut it off, but they're also growing. They're still young, and gaining experience.

Blu3

I’m sorry but choji pissed me off these episodes😭

Blu3

I’m sorry but choji pissed me off these episodes😭

CallmePadre7

Mistro is the way. It's just 👌🏻 *chefs kiss*

dmc 1219

RIP to the guy who's heart was ripped out

Andretti

Kabuto mentioned when he was explaining edo tensei to Madara that he has basically been grave robbing to collect the dna from all of these dead shinobi. Sneaking in to the hidden leaf to collect Asuma dna isn’t a hard feat either. He also clarified that sealed shinobi, like Orochimaru, cannot be summoned

Raven

I understand about Choji, but remember their still teenagers. And Choji didn't had a traumatic life who can have bring him some darkness, coldness or strength. So his growing was two time longer than others characters with somber life.

Ace

The way Ron feels about Choji this episode is how I feel about Chopper in the beginning of Skypea lol

Losh

i just cant wait for their demon slayer s4ep8 reaction

Shairur Afif

This is good storytelling that connects the dots. Think back this is exactly why danzo opposed hiruzen . He made shinobi too soft . And to counter that he went extreme and made sai

Kanye

Bro me to

Uku Kivisild

I am with Ron, Choji needs to be demoted until he is ready to be a shinobi. (I am a pacifist and would struggle the same in this situation but I'd never sign up to be a shinobi and neither should he)

From The Dust

That's strange, I had never seen the announcement. Oh well :(

Mgb

Former military- we always had active shooter training but still it’s hard to beat fight or flight response so it takes practice. It’s all about the mental state and facing a situation like that irl will always be tough to take a life..they’re kids after all. Also, why do you think most apathetic ppl are on frontlines😅

David

100% agree with Ron. Better screening process needs to be in place. AND this is no time to let your personal emotions thwart the battle that is being done by your comrades. It's FUCKING WAR- you can't hesitate, every second you do is another comrade dead. It's you or them. Hesitation is complete selfishness, especially since Asuma is ALREADY FUCKING DEAD!!! YOU CANT PUT THE LIFE OF A DEAD GUY OVER THE LIVES OF YOUR COMRADES WHO ARE ALIVE, COME ON BRO CHOJI, GET IT TOGETHER XD

Shadow Sam

There have been training like you said Ron, like Zabuza in the mist village for example and Sai in the anbu black op foundation which adapted their training from the mist fun fact, they've been trained to kill their emotions and to kill their comrade, look how they turns out now.

Lownerzzz🐝

They're used as distractions 😂

Joshua Bonifaz

my boy Ron out here micro dosing???? ok brother I see you.

ItsJwon

damn Ron does the same thing as me when I eat or taste something. That makes me love black coffee too

Gyt

I agree but also u have to consider that it’s they first time ever in a war like this and choji is that type of a character it’s really tough for him

Usher

Ron, I feel you. The scene with Kakuzu bothered me as well. As a kid it gave me nightmares just because. Now it just makes me sad

Usher

8:55 literally😂 Just google "those 2 dudes from naruto"

just some random car guy

I know this isn’t related but the Demon Slayer Ep 8 seems to be missing hope you guys are doing well though

Secretly

I agree with you Ron, from a story perspective it's good that they show not everyone is objectively a good ninja, like even Naruto always losing his cool, but from a character pov I think this made me like Choji a lot less (not that I really loved him to begin lol) I think it would've been sooo cool if he died in the Sasuke retrieval arc cause he was a freaking badass in that fight. Sidenote: In my opinion Kakashi is the closest thing to the perfect ninja, intelligent, sneaky, able to kill, but now kind thanks to Obito. Even him finishing Kakazu was a demonstration of that.

Tony Forsman

When they talk about ino/shika/cho being the second best team. The rank 1 ever is probably "legendary sannin" jiraya/orochimaru/tsunade.

kirk poss

This is super relatable to most of us. We can sit here and talk about suppressing our emotions and becoming a killing machine but 95 plus percent of us could not be a shinobi, especially with our pampered lives if you live in a first world country.

Oak

Haha, I was thinking the same thing about that guy getting killed in the beginning and there being no reaction.

Tre

Such an underrated two episodes honestly

Emily Cox

It's not until July 8th

Bungkai

While I understand Ron's train of thought, there's a difference between "being prepared" and "being compassionate". For his cop example, while we want our local police officers to be prepared and well-trained so that they don't freeze up causing tragedies, we also do want them to be compassionate, lest they end up becoming something like Derek Chauvin, or in Naruto's example, Sai before he met Naruto. The same Sai that when given the option to follow his mission or save his fellow shinobi Sakura from falling off a bridge, he chose the former. I think that's an extremely important distinction to make.

hayhay

😐

solan

such a slow 2 episodes rewatching it now...

kidCash3

Choji was always too soft

kidCash3

I agree with Ron yall trippin

kidCash3

Good points lowkey

kidCash3

Well if Ino died because of this I’m sure he’d learn a better lesson

C Nichole

Ron I think you forgot Sakura told us all in the beginning of Naruto during the fight against Haku and Zabuza that Shinobi have codes of law to follow, and emotions are not allowed....but Naruto wanted to show a different Shinobi way because emotions are inevitable especially in this situation. There is no way to not mess up.

Finewinedevine

Yall really gotta be on vacation during the biggest anime episode release of the year?!? Lol

Dwayne Townsend

I’m not sure just speaking but it’s possible that the 3rd hokage was also the sensei of the ino chika Cho Trio bcuz they are around early to mid 30s rn … so prolly late 20s in Og naruto … as to where the Sanin were 50 in the OG naruto … so the 3rd hokage had plenty of time to teach other ninja if he wanted too with the age gap there

im the poll waiter im what they call pollarity

I cried on itachi death but sometimes its just goosebumps danzos death had me in goosbumps and wattery atleast on the rewatch or like emotion in the eye ( it gets a bit wattery) but itachi vs sassuke mannn those ep's 134-138 and the "sorry sasuke this is the last time" 😭🔥🔥 my fav character he is literaly so cool every time in every scene from every angle(atleast to me) like when itachi first came to the leaf when naruto was a kid he literaly came in saying this to kakashi: "im here for the 4th hokages legacy" like boy what? How cool can you be to burst in and say that🔥🔥🔥😭 and then how he fought them konoha ninjas mf's couldnt even see him weaving the signs and kakashi literaly a couple moments later says "this dude was anbu leader at 13thats literaly the highest position of anbu and hes just a kid itachi being 13 and anbu leader is the same age as sasuke and naruto and sakura from chunin exam age.. like bro was like them but he was DIFFRENT 🔥🔥🔥 ik i went off on itachi but what can i say thats my guy man💪 btw im commenting this because choji got them wattery a bit so it just made me think about the diffrences between full on crying and goosbumps/wattery eyes

Aaron williams

HEAVY ON THE SERIES FINALE OF PEAK SLAYER

joisealexuss

DEMON SLAYER HAS BEEN PUSHED BACK, check news/updates in collection for more info. (MOD)

C Nichole

.......who told you that? Cuz they lied to you

Aaron williams

They delayed demon slayer so you’ll probably have to wait until next week they are on vacation at the moment

Aaron williams

Yeah they need to be prepared for real

DB Cooper

so you're telling me the U.S army can afford to invent a new plane that costs $700 million a piece & then orders 100 of them and they can't just pay to station one john wick at every school to protect dem kids from all that freedom

Jin

I don't think they say who taught the three ino-shika-cho before the current three, but there is a generation gap between the sannin and the current three's parents. Remember, the sannin are much older than the parents because Jiraiya taught the yellow flash, which are the parent's generation, so there is a possibility that the third hokage or someone else from the Sarutobi family taught the parents.

Keßler Steffen

I loved INO in this Episode. She was the hidden MVP

Marcin

Village of the Bloody Mist was onto something with their final exam where students needed to kill each other :0

Gyt

Facts naruto was shocked when he realized what he is fighting to become and he doesn’t want to be like that and he swore on zabuza’s grave about following his own ninja way , bro basically said nah f the system imma do me

Raul Iggynashow

So according to tradition will Konohamaru Sarutobi end up teaching a trio of Ino-Shika-Cho when he becomes a Jounin squad leader?

Thee Original Sage

I 100% agree you can’t be a ninja and act that soft

SpartnFish

I take it you have not read boruto

BTTR call MIKE

Choji stressed me tf out in these episodes I definitely skipped these episodes every time I rewatch ship bc he reminded of sakura 😑😤😤

Phyllis

My thoughts were the sympathy route for Choji but I knew he would get through this struggle with the encouragement and words from Asuma, his dad, Shikamaru and Ino. You are not wrong to think that characters like Sakura and Choji should not be fighting because them hesitating could cause an ally to get hurt or die. It is realistic and practical to think that way and that is why sometimes we need both kind of people who are level headed and sympathetic in a team to have a good balance.

Diego Hill

Ron goes on long rant saying he gets choji and then says but 😂 everything before but is bullshit. It was a little over the top, like damn how much speeches and flashbacks do you need to snap out of it.

Renegade Raven

Aside from reanimation Mind control is a known thing in this So fighting your friends isn't out of the question

.

Asuma says his last words Girl: oh ok that’s it Ron: thank you, asuma sensei…
