I haven't read the manga, but no lie, this the type of death that would usually make me wanna quit a show. Like I remember I stopped watching death note as soon as L died. I was pissed lol. Luckily, I'm too intrigued by how this will affect Deku to quit the show though. Bakugo is my favorite character

Aww, Ron....yeah, they adapted this part so well. The music, voice acting, etc, it's hitting like a bus. Sidenote to the tangent at 11:45 - We already know Shigaraki's fingers, hair, etc are growing because his body is adapting to All for One (the quirk), not because of any specific quirk that allows it.

I would say the movies are not canon. Because usually what people mean by 'canon' is 'directly from the source material' aka 'the manga'. The events of the movie were not in the manga therefore, they're not canon. But they can be anime canon. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Fun fact, all the films are canonical. We have the gauntlet from the first film, the fact that bakugo can see the all might spirit from his exposure to one for all in the second film, and his winter suit from the third.

i balled on this episode. Flood warning! The fact that he was thinking of all might and his final worls were to Midoria and how he had to win because thats what midoriya expected of him beucasue thats who he was to him and how that was Bakugos goal to be numder one.

Is the Allmight vestige a nod to his brief hold of one for all in the second movie? Still holding out hope for bakugo. I don't know any further in the story, but you know there's a time reversal quirk (eri) and the last vestige of deku hasn't had his power revealed. That vestige also had a gun attachment for his arms, similar to bakugo's grenade barrels on his arms.... Just saying. Maybe some hope? Fingers crossed.
