No only on shows that interrupt the flow of the story. ONE EPISODE that leads into an arc does not have a negative effect on the experience in fact in this case it wouldnt make sense to skip because the two sibling from the temple are here in the capitol invited by asta it was fun and brief but like Naruto filler is a hard skip

Id watch every epsiode because the first time I watched I didn't even realize there was filler. The filler in BC are more like anime cannon and the humor in BC is so good anyways

Id watch the movie last because there's spoilers to power scaling if they watch it before the last arc. The movie is also it's own thing imo

Yeah this episode isn't actually filler, people just consider it to be because most of the interactions between characters to make up the 20+ minutes of content here were created as anime canon, but the important stuff like the festival and Kahono and Kiato being healed and the double date and all that are actually from the manga lol.
