The reason why Licht can use Asta's swords is because Asta's grimoire and swords once belonged to Licht. That's why one of the elves, I think it was Raia, told Asta a few episodes earlier to give Licht his swords and his grimoire back. And I've heard you say once or twice that Licht wants Yuno's grimoire (because you maybe think it was his before) but that's not right. So just to clarify: Yuno's grimoire once belonged to the first Wizard King and Asta's once belonged to Licht + Swords.

This still confuses me with Asta’s grimoire because we saw Licht’s in the flashbacks and it was a 4 leaf clover. It should also be the same one that the soul inside Vangeance was using. The swords make even less sense to me because they’re still anti magic, so theoretically they should be absorbing his mana at all times. I remember early on it was clearly stated that only Asta could use the swords due to him not having mana
