i think the ranking for demon slayer was the first watched anime effect, where the first anime you watched is ingrained in your brain since it got you into anime, Death note is top 2 to me but i think its cause it got me into anime, if we being real, demon slayer above attack on titan is f***ed up😂😂😂

Keeping in mind that these guys are still fairly new to anime and they’re not done with everything or unfinished seasons, I could get by most of these, a little more action centered, no problem with that. But watching rezero so close to being alright just hurts my soul 😭😭. They def gotta rewatch Rezero, not like on yt, like a REWATCH. I think it’s mostly cause being sub watchers (even though ima sub glazer), it’s hard to pick up on things as a newer fan, especially when you’re doing time traveling stuff. I def don’t think they remember much of what REALLY happened. My suggestion is to rewatch and go into season 3 with more stable understanding. I don’t think it was a show to watch really early on 🙏🙏🙏

just like how you are passionate and a big fan of re:zero, others have their own favorites. I applaud any reactor for daring to do a tier list but I just wished they found something more non-mainstream they can put in the masterpiece tier.

The note about OG watchers not liking demon slayer is true af. I think I fall into that, but it's also because you watch sooooo much anime that you start recognizing the common tropes in different genres and then it's just like "UGH, can't they do something different?". It'd be great if I can for example just unwatch and erase my memories of Naruto and all shounen animes to watch Demon Slayer, I think my enjoyment would be greatly enhanced. But because I've seen a ton of anime, Demon Slayer falls into "Beautiful art, but just ok".

seen about 200 anime but my top 10 are: FMA:B, Gurren Lagann, Magi, HxH, AoT, Naruto, Air Gear, Bleach, One Piece, Bakuman. I seen mad other genres that i'd give 9/10 but shonen anime always call to me a lil more

Ngl I feel like One Piece for a lot of people is 3 things Top Of Masterpiece Middle of great, or Horrible. For me and roommate, its top of masterpiece. But i have like 3 friends who has it as horrible after watching like about 100 ep tbf. My roommate gf has it as great but she has like 10 anime above it.

Just to throw that out there, Frieren is #1 top rated by quite a large margin for a reason :) you're not alone Michelle! It's a very very well-polished and intricate anime!
