I love how they show Shirogane’s insecurities and his belief that he has to go an extra 3 miles to get results when that really isn’t the case he just has a surprisingly low self esteem for somebody in his position

It’s also very good writing that Shirogane has no problem showing his weaknesses and vulnerabilities to Fujiwara and the others but the minute he struggles in front of Kaguya he breaks down

I really respect that a lot of people like Fujiwara's character. But I have to say, I always thought S3 was when we started to see that despite her being the overly nice, overly wholesome girl... she kind of has a mean streak and attitude around the people close to her. And S3 really really shows that. I mean the scene with Shirogane looking for an objective opinion is just RUTHLESS. I know she has seen him at his literal worst repeatedly... but still.
