Yeah I saw one piece first , and I’m biased because I feel like whatever I saw first of the big 3 ended up becoming my favorite and it happened to be one piece ! But then I saw naruto, and then bleach after , and because of the characters in Bleach, i ranked it over Naruto tbh and I also liked the soundtrack and I was more attached to the bleach story, nothing against Naruto , just wasn’t as invested at all times throughout the show , like both bleach and one piece are very neck and neck for me

both humans and soul reapers can die. when a human dies they become a spirit or hollow. then they either go to soul society or the netherworld. im not sure exactly what happens when a soul reaper dies, i assume they just cease to exist. comments feel free to correct me if im wrong

Btw I don’t know if someone told you guys yet but Ichigo’s VA also does Marco from One Piece (he’s the 1st Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates) When you guys heard Marco’s voice yous thought it was Frankys VA for some reason 😂

I saw Naruto first out of the big 3 and I was a huge fan of naruto lol. Like big fan and showed a ton of friends. I knew of one piece because of when it was on TV like commercials but never actually saw it. Didn't catch my attention and thought the main character looked goofy, always smiling. Years later I gave it a shot. Once I reached 500eps it became my favorite anime and still is my number 1 lol. Watched Naruto since I was like 10 or 12. But one piece beat it even with nostalgic. That's how good one piece was to me lol

I never understood the names in Bleach. I think Ichigo is the only one who gets called by his full name a lot. In the anime at least, the first and last names are always used singularly. For example, Orihime gets called Inoue as well but never Orihime Inoue. Same with Chad and Sado. It's also weird when they say "Kurosaki Kun" instead of Ichigo. I left out names to not spoil.

I understand what you mean in the beginning. JJK made me feel stupid whenever they explained anything. Like the words they used for explanations made it more confusing then they were. On top of that I wasn’t really invested. It took a second watch for me to understand what the hell was going on.

It’s pretty interesting that I’m Rona theories it’s the Soul Reapers being evil or tricking the Quincy, when I watched this episode I thought the exact opposite. Since they said the Quincy believe in just killing Hollows whereas Soul Reapers purify them, I thought that the Quincy turned evil and went to far with killing or revenge and that led to their extinction, so it’s interesting to hear your guys’ completely opposing take on this~
