Its been such a long time coming tho. Think about all Luffy had to go through to get to this point. Sabaody, Amazon Lily, Impel Down and the entire Marineford. Being poisoned and almost died, and running on 2 shots of Adrenaline. This is so worth it in the end.

With Sengoku he has a mythical zoan fruit like Marco but his is a golden Buddha. The bolts flying off were because of his immense weight when he is transformed which is why Luffy's gum gum balloon struggled to block that punch because it was so heavy

I think Michelle just takes what the characters say a bit too literally whenever they mention 'killing.' She had the same kind of reaction in the previous episode when Koby said he’d have to kill Luffy. So when Garp said that Luffy had to kill him to get through, and right after we got flashbacks of Garp, she didn’t think much further than that. That’s all, it’s not that big of a deal

I think its insane how often Luffy gets saved by Crocodile. Marine Ford was a huge step up in the formation of the very popular "Crocodile is Luffy's Mom" theory. He's just not that type of guy who stands on anyones side. No that’s not how it works and unless you’re talking specifically about Conquerors Haki then yes but there’s plenty of regular Haki users that Ace would be stronger than…he himself can obviously use the other Haki types. Luffy legit beat Boa’s sisters in a 1v2 in Amazon Lily and they both had the normal Haki types
