Every time I see young Byakuya I think of Sasuke cuz in the dub Sasuke VA voices him. Seen someone say "Seems like Sasuke hasn't decided whether he wants to become the head of Kuchiki or Uchiha clan." That joke always lives rent free in my head. The Stealth Force reminds me of Anbu Black ops from Naruto

So this isn’t a spoiler or anything but kirio hikifune (the previous squad 12 captain before urahara) was promoted to the special task force known as squad 0. You can go back to the beginning of ep 207 as well as ep 206.

Dub Sasuke does not voice dub Byakuya. Sasuke’s english VA is Yuri Lowenthal and Byakuya’s is Dan Woren. However, Yuri does VA in Bleach, he plays ichigo’s friend Keigo and other small roles.

Michelle to answer your question as to what happened to Byakuya and why he looked happier as a kid but more serious as an adult is because his wife Hisana died. Also the girl you're talking about it Rangiku. Matsumoto is her last name.

Do you guys not remember Byakuya’s wife died? The one that looked like Rukia. That made him depressed. Tho I’m sure his temper was lessened as he got older, but his breaking point was when his wife died. It had a huge impact on him, hence the depressed quiet vibe he gives off. Also notice the subtle rivalry between Gin and Byakuya, both being prodigies around the same age? And remember when they were older, Rukia noticed the tension whenever they walked by each other or something like that. And damn I love Shinji and Kisuke. Shinji saying “From the time you were in your mother’s womb” to Aizen’s face was so tuff 😭

Compared to naruto and op, bleach fights stand more than his story. Not saying that its trash, its peak lmao. But since it is in the big 3, its normal that people would compare to naruto and op and say that their stories got more depth and better writting haha.

Guys just put this into perspective, for the thousands of years soul society have functioned and its denizens that can life for hundreds of years maybe even thousands. In all of their years of living would it not be possible to predict certain peoples future actions based on their behavior? I believe some captains let their subordinates act like hiyori and get attacked by them to make them feel more at ease. If you think about it the captains alone could wipe out their entire squads with their power.

It will be revealed in the next few episodes. All the characters in visored are already from soul society, captain or liteuenant as you have already seen shinji, hiyori and others, Love guy the long yellow haired guy who was also a captain shown, the black curly guy and the guy who had white hear, they were all captains or lieutenants.
