There's already a Naruto theme park: "Naruto & Boruto Shinobi-zato" in Japan. Look it up and check it out. Boruto is in the title but there aren't any spoilers to worry about. They even have Ichiraku ramen there where you can eat the ramen. I definitely need to go there one day
