Haha ya so Boar is also a wild Pig. Some call it differently like Year of the Pig/Boar and another example is the Year of the Goat/Sheep. Glad you guys are having fun guessing the Zodiac animals the characters could be. I'm having fun watching you guys guess and enjoy the show. And yes, the short name for Fruits Basket in Japanese is Furuba(Furutsu Basuketto) or English is Fruba(Fruits Basket).
