Wow Sushi Squad, this "Xcution" is an enigma! We hope you enjoyed our reactions to "A Dispute in School?! Ichigo and Uryū, Fight Together!" & "Uryū Is Attacked, a Threat Draws Near Friends!"

Volt

Getting welcomed to an Xcution is crazy

Vidilian

This is a very underrated arc. I can tell already that you guys will understand why it's so good.

Zonbi

Sometimes you just gotta relax with the wild theories and read the subtitles. Not everyone is just randomly related lol

Akimitzu

There is SOOO Much more lore to come guys, this may be a short arc but it is so juicy, especially for Ichigos character development. Very underrated ARC. I gaurantee !! that once they get to TYBW they will quickly move BLEACH to top 3 maybe even top 2 all time, its the greatest war arc in anime.

kidBuku

Man I love everything about this arc.

TaterThots

It's not that Yuzu sensed some weird spiritual pressure from Ichigo like everyone else did but that she noticed Ichigo was being bothered by something. During the beginning of Bleach on the episode when it was the anniversary of his mother's passing, it was brought up that whenever he is feeling sad or bothered, he puts up a smile and seems happier than usual to hide how he feels. The first episode of this arc we saw last week when Yuzu wanted to show Ichigo her new uniform, he barely acknowledged her and didn't even smile, in a playful way of course, but that is how he normally is unironically. When Yuzu showed her test scores, Ichigo was all smiles and acknowledged her, which is uncharacteristic of him which is why Yuzu felt something was off.

The Blood War Arc will solidify this series as one of your favorites.

taymone

this arc is so damn good

TaterThots

The fun part of watching shows and anime is the theory crafting you do along the way without someone judging you for it so how about letting them figure it out themselves without getting mad xD

Captain Usopp aka God Usopp

I love this ark,the art stye changes and how the plot feels light but ,meaningful. We onto new journey again guys

지원

little a bit slow but it's good arc

Nero Luv

I really like the aesthetics of this arc.

RorotheShadow

Okay, here we go again, Michelle thinks everyone is related 😂 This is Bleach, not Greek mythology 😂

Satanás Gringo

Damn i don't remember all this mistery ,this soo good Bro 🫣

Jenn

IN THE SENSE OF-

Kayso

Ron is right, this arc is underrated. I feel its very important to Ichigo's development. 4:46 that guy is from Chad's backstory, Ichigo beat him up for bullying him. I don't blame you for not remembering lmfao. That dude who injured Ishida isn't Orihime brother as yall realized lol. I think this is the perfect time for mental health break since start of this arc. Enjoy your break

TaterThots

Who’s not chill? It’s just a joke. You need to calm down

SkyesRain

yes indeed Michelle this is really cool and yes Ron this arc is very underrated love this arc❤️👍

Moneyman4lyfe

someone doesnt have to be related to everyone, why is that the first thing thought of every time

idkwhy

Watashi no

idkwhy

I swear, I love this arc more with every year that passes

Tingz

I remember at the start of Bleach Ron was glazing it. I mean hella glazing like he called it the best and had Bleach as his #1. Then I feel as time passed and we got some pacing issues/down moments (which wasnt necessarily bad imo . Tbh dondechakka and pesche were annoying) but at that point his hype died down....Now since Aizen peak eps Ron has that feeling back. Definitely feel like TYBW Ron will really love Bleach again like in the beginning prob even more

Sammy

Love you guys theorize, but before you spiral too far down the relatedness rabbit hole: No, Ginjo is not Isshin’s brother/uncle/cousin/whatever. And the guy with the book is not the guy in the picture in Inoue’s room. (That was Orihime’s late brother who turned into a Hollow and tried to kill her). Book guy is a completely different person. He’s also not secretly Ishida’s brother 😅 As for Yuzu and Karin constantly looking at Ichigo - they’re not sensing some weird Spiritual Pressure around him or so -> They’re seeing their big brother walk around with a forced, fake smile insisting everything’s fine. They know him. They can tell he’s not himself. And honestly… Ichigo really isn’t okay during this arc. After losing his powers, he tries to be happy about living a normal life. But he keeps catching himself thinking about his powers and realizing he’s not over it. Not even close. That’s why he throws his Combat Pass into the river - it’s him trying to bury that part of himself. But then everyone starts keeping secrets. There’s a new threat, and he can’t do anything about it. He feels useless. Left behind. Powerless. So of course he starts thinking about his lost powers again. Not out of pride - out of desperation. That’s what pushes him toward Xcution. This arc is about identity, loss, and how badly Ichigo defines himself by his ability to protect others 🧡

I have to say a big THANK YOU for not skipping this amazing arc! I love watching people react to this arc specifically. The vibes this arc gives off is just worth talking and thinking about. Hearing your thoughts is so satisfying and in this arc there is no right or wrong, simply because (as you two have guessed) it opens up something new for whatever Bleach has in store later.

Sammy

There would be no discussion about the peakness of Bleach if the studio hadn't done it so dirty with all the filler, mixed canon/filler eps and drawn-out scenes to milk the series to the fullest. Thank goodness we now got TYBW and see Bleach how it always was supposed to be 🙌 Ron&Michelle will go craaaazy

Naruto Uzumaki

😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 why does RON keep thinkin the power system is based on manifestation. That was just the hogyokous power. No one can manifest anything anymore because its now with aizen.

Tingz

Mhm agreed!

Michelle Lam

this is pretty accurate ngl. still top 5 anime for me and could keep climbing

Luker

yes i have no idea how alot of people are under the assumption its filler lmao its actually absurd

GodsFury101

yes, this Arc is not filler.

Daniel Walker

There is sadly always some folks, even proper fans, who tell reactors to skip this arc. People are way too focused on the action that they don't look deeper into Bleach (this arc is proof of that). Thus, I'm always thankful when first time reactors give this arc the same energy as previous arcs and don't think or debate about skipping it!

Jib

Ay

TheRealN

Top 3 when you get to the war arc. If I'm lying I'm flying.

Lord_maxx

Is there no upload this Thursday?

A lot of newer anime fans will unfortunately feel this way because of how much we’ve been spoiled with better animation and pacing. When I first watched bleach in 2011 I didn’t notice the terrible pacing and censorship because that was the norm for Long running anime’s back in the day. I remember Bleach very fondly when I would watch 10 eps in a row after school on YouTube.

Alex

What's funny is they never made the connection between two other characters that look quite a lot alike earlier in the series.

Ilsuk Yang

That's what I love about this arc. It's a slow burn, psychological thriller-mystery that pays off in a big way
