Weather Report is my favourite character in Stone Ocean, he's definitely the goat. His ability is also one of the coolest and most versatile since so much can be done through the weather.

The hype for Steel Ball Run isn't recency bias as it's the most anticipated JoJo part ever. It's considered not just the best part of JoJo, but one of the best manga of all time (it's the 2nd highest rated manga of all time on MyAnimeList, alongside Berserk, Vagabond, and One Piece). The anime spot Steel Ball Run is fighting for is the top anime of all time, not just of the year, with Frieren being the other Top 1. For a few days after just the first episode aired, Steel Ball Run became the Top 1 Anime of all time. It's now in 2nd place. While in top currently airing anime, it's still Top 1. This is how much hype Steel Ball Run has. The anticipation for it isn't like in any other part, as it's considered as Araki's Magnum Opus/best work. People could say it may be recency bias as to how SBR anime got Top 1 just after 1 ep, or maybe because people are already judging the show in its entirety. Though, it's also getting attention because Stone Ocean was released in horrible batches because of Netflix (3 batches: first 2 batches of Stone Ocean were years apart, then 3rd batch was just a few months after) and the hype quickly died down because of it. And now, after the airing of the 1st episode of SBR last week, the 2nd ep isn't coming out this week. There's still a huge announcement coming for SBR in a few days, but can't say the disappointment of fans is not strong because we just want weekly JoJo like every other anime, and we blame Netflix.

I also wish yall were caught up rn but yall will be soon enough so its fine, steel ball run is a masterpiece which literally has fan animated scenes and openings/endings on youtube with millions of views each from several years ago that's how legendary it is. Also idk if yall know this but steel ball run manga started publishing in 2004 and ended in 2011 and has pretty much been hyped up by jojo fans since then which is pretty crazy to think about.
