I was the same way watching Ron. I liked the beginning, then the middle was a bit of a lull, then the ending was really good. Funny because that's why people don't like part 3 but I like part 3 more personally.

When Jotaro used Star Platinum: The World to attack Pucci, he accomplished in less than a millisecond what would normally take five full seconds. His speed was so extreme that it momentarily altered the surrounding gravity. And since Pucci’s Stand ability involves manipulating gravity, he could, in a sense, perceive those changes in gravity. So after Jotaro attacked him, Pucci remembered that brief fluctuation in gravity and began searching for a gravitational field identical to that moment. In that instant, he understood DIO. He realized that the gravitational field created by The World was the same as the one produced by the New Moon.

Ron you were really on point with the gravity creating time, which is pretty much true(time can't exist without mass which is why they say time is relative, and also why like y'all said you can age faster/slower or "time-travel" by going near a black hole or huge enough masses!) but the gravity pulling on you isnt what makes you age LOL

I haven't heard about height effecting time but I know for sure they say that big enough structures/masses cause time-dilation and they say that time moves slightly slower by the Great Pyramids. So possibly bc you're getting further away from the Earth's mass or bc of the mass of the building as well!
