The chunin exams is pretty cool for the most part, but this section of anime canon as a whole has rough patches. I'm actually glad you both watch them because yall were robbed of some goated Naruto fillers lol. I'm sure Ron would've loved all the dope filler with Lee and Guy

This Chunin exam arc is dope (except 224💀) but after that it gets a bit nuts and I’ve enjoyed most of the anime canons eps but this upcoming batch r also one of the big reasons Boruto gets bad reputation and this much hate

Definitely, new gen team 7 would beat the shit out of old Gen genin team 7. Sarada and sasuke are in the same tier. Boruto definitely is better than naruto as a kid. Mitsuki one shots sakura too. If we consider boruto's karma, mitsuki's sage mode, then they solo old Gen team 7

I love Naruto/Boruto filler because I love the world too. When you get through the show there’s a few filler you already skipped I think you’d like in your own time. But yea Bleach and Naruto filler just hit different to me, and I don’t hate them as much as most people.

I think we seen the chunin exams 3 times? Someone correct me if I'm wrong. 1st OG Naruto, 2nd one Boruto chunin exams arc and we back at chunin exams again. There was a filler episode about Houki (the boy who looks like Kakashi) ep 115 you can watch on your own time if interested since I know Michelle enjoys these types of episodes. Plus I feel like some of the filler episodes have cool moment with characters like Shikadai or Cho Cho that I wish were canon

Admin or whoever schedules the anime episodes for Michael & Ron, please skip the Great Kirigakure Arc/Funato Arc (eps 230–260) since this arc has absolutely no connection to the main storyline & takes up too much time. As for the Hima-Kawaki Arc (eps 261–273) you can discuss whether to include Michael n Ron, since this arc is more of a slice of life and fun type of story Here’s my suggestion😊

As they said, they're not going to drop anime canon stuff unless it gets to the point of being unwatchable, so they're going to judge for themselves. Also, the Funato arc left too many loose ends that they will inevitably show up, whether in the future of the manga (like many filler episodes before, like the Sand trio) or the anime storyline.

Same here.. I also like this new Team 7 (BoruSaraMitsuki). Their relationships n chemistry are portrayed in a really healthy way (friendship n romance appropriate for their age) compared to the complicated dynamics of the previous Team 7 (though they're legends)

While I agree that the Great Kirigakure Arc/Funato Arc is too long, it does, however, show Boruto learning a valuable lesson that his dad had to learn as well. Just not in as cool a way. LOL

Yeah I put the episode in my comment. Its kinda like Rock Lee/Guy situation. But a better theory I had was it could have been him and Hanare's kid. Hanare was a character in a filler episode in Shippuden. Its lore about her and everything and the village she's from. Kakashi and her were actually romantically linked and they liked eachother. They kissed even though it was an accident lol. The episode is called Kakashi Love Song

These eps are a bit chill especially coming off Kara arc they aren't necessarily bad but they are okay . But we get back towards the good bits toward the end of boruto which is when you get to ep 282

Have ya’ll ever thought about it this way ..us telling ya’ll what’s anime canon/filler/and manga canon kinda sets u up to have certain expectations already ….Knowing something is anime canon or filler before hand can make a person go into with a state of mind of “this isn’t going to be good” .. rather than just watching it and kinda figuring out on your own “this parts a bit slow” or “I’m not into this part” etc … just a thought … I almost see it as spoilers in a sense .. it’s similar to when we say certain episodes are peak .. it sets u up for certain expectations

Dudes.. The filler is fine. People hate it so much because it deviated from the main storyline i.e. filler. But there are a few gems of some storytelling and character shining moments. They're all fascinating in their own way in my opinion. Are they going to knock your socks off?? Not like the manga canon, but there is a couple of stellar arcs to watch and the animation ISNT always bad like people say. Some episodes and frames suffer but it isn't ALL bad. My brother and I became quite emotional in one particular arc. There's humor, suspense, sadness... Knowing how you guys have reacted before to episodes you won't be disappointed in the anime canon. Plus, who knows when the anime is even coming back lol. Enjoy what you can

Well said! Some fillers in the show actually made me like Boruto the person more than I did. I was mostly always on board with his character and definitely wasn't mad at him for using SNT or mad at Naruto in the beginning. He redeemed himself a lot of times in the filler which made me appreciate his character and shows him making different choices than his dad would have

I watched every episode of boruto and there was really only 1 arc in the entire show that I was debating on skipping that happens in the future but didn't anyways. There's a lot of really good Hima and Kawaki fillers/anime canon episodes that I'm excited for yall to see
