Wait-wait-wait- before you go on thinking about a replacement, I gotta ask. Are you not planning on watching Steins;Gate Zero? It’s basically an alternate season/sequel. Please consider this as well. Alsoooo- this season has an OVA (ep.25) we’re y’all planning on watching that too?

I dont think they can put 0 in their schedule since they already have other animes lined up but hopefully sometime they could include it.

The way i see it zero and the movie just counts as "steins gate" as a whole.

I definitely want reaction to Steins;Gate 0, though… I’m open to a break in-between. Like move on to another show (e.g., Erased, Chihayafuru, Hitman Reborn, etc), and then watch Steins;Gate 0 a few months from now. A break/watching another show could be a good palate cleanser, and make watching 0 a better experience. As I like to say, “hunger is the best seasoning.”

Steins gate 0 should be watched, its sequel and current, hard to say without spoiling, its a must watch at least just to finish this adventure. For everyone else it continues in future visual novels. Polls not needed its basically season 2

I hope at the very least the movie. If I watched a show I love as much as they say they love steins gate, if I heard there was a Canon movie that acts as the end of the series, I'd watch it without question. Only reason I wouldn't watch it is if I didn't love the series all that much to that degree ):

Monster is in my top 5 including Steins Gate series as a whole. If you want a series that has you gasping like this show does then Monster is the way to go! its 74 eps i think but each ep has you on the edge of your seat! But honestly not seeing Steins Gate 0 after this one or the movie then 0 will be a disservice to the Hououin Kyouma!

After you guys do steins gate 0 and all that, I think one of the shows that’s perfect as steins gate replacement is Future Diary. Also has heavy Death note vibes as well and it’s much more simple to watch it’s not as complex as Steins gate. Y’all will love it. I mentioned it a few reactions ago but never said name of the show but said it here since y’all are planning to do a poll soon. That should be added to the poll if not the next poll then at least on the list for you guys to watch after you finish the other shows on the poll

Main Timeline (a route): Steins Gate 1-24 -> Steins;Gate Egoistic Poriomania OVA -> Steins Gate: Deja Vu Movie Second Pick Alternate Timeline (b route): Steins Gate 1-22 -> Steins;Gate Open the Missing Link - Divide By Zero (23b) -> Steins Gate 0 episode 23 is where it differentiate between the 2 timeline that's why its's called 23b for Divide by Zero. It's literally the same episode but different decision.

It's not really a plot twist, but the story is long enough and the plot is good enough that you kinda forget that the original timeline is where Kurisu dies. I love that moment in this episode. This story is such a banger!
