I'm genuinely not sure why people recommended to watch this again before the final episodes. To touch on what Michelle brought up, most people picking this up wouldn't know to go back and watch this. But I'm not saying it shouldn't have been done or anything like that. From what I remember though, it would have been satisfying to watch it after the ending because you would actually know what to be looking for. Kinda like what you did with Attack on Titan. Glad you guys are hyped though!

I mean it just depends on what you think is the optimal experience: 1. Take advantage of the memory they have due to their watch schedule of watching this over the course of 3 months & see a unique reaction where they don't remember the things you're supposed to remember from ep1 & are surprised at things you're not supposed to be surprised about. 2. They rewatch ep1 to refresh their memory & they watch the finale. Bc they remember ep1, they will no longer be surprised at certain plot points (that you're actually supposed to remember anyways), but you will appreciate all of the elements of the finale that would mean nothing to you if you don't remember ep1. Both perspectives have their perks. Genuinely. But this story was written as a visual novel & meant to be digested in a couple of days. Imo You're supposed to remember the beginning when you get to the end.

In what universe (or timeline) do you go back and watch episode 1 of a series before watching the final episode? Not a fan of this move. Now we have to wait longer for the next ep AND this could have lessened the impact of the ending 😣 eeehhhh

ppl are so weird. They recommend rewatches, always hint at stuff, ask to skip opening in case of spoilers, when their first experience is just watching all of it as it came out. Let reactors have that first experience lol

I dont agree, I think it was simply people backseating them on how to experience a show. It’s playing meta because watchers aren’t even supposed to know to go back. The point about them refreshing their memory doesn’t make sense to me either because of what literally comes after + it’s their own experience with the show. It’s almost like you’re telling them they can’t fit the pieces themselves while they’ve done a pretty good job so far, it’s a bit insulting. Regardless, what’s done is done and it doesn’t matter as long as they enjoy the show but people need to stop hinting at things when they have already watched the whole series.

Nah lol let them watch release order. Pausing S;G to watch 0 would kill the entire momentum of the finale and lessen the impact. S;G was designed to be watched all the way through. S;G 0 is great, but it isn't required either
