So much of this I didn’t expect as a manga reader. 1. I don’t recall the Seed of Destruction vortex being a thing. 2. Ukitake never had that meeting on the water and gave Shunsui the last of Mimihagi’s power. 3. Pesche, Dondochakka, Nel, and Harribel never showed up. 4. Uryu never had this plan with the castle and the rift from what I recall? Only manga-based thing was that Auswählen that took Ichigo’s Quincy (and I guess Hollow) powers, and Gerard and Lille’s lives.

The next episode is prolly the most anticipated episode for everyone. A few high tier crucial moments were a bit iffy in the manga cuz of the situation Kubo was in at that time, so we all have high hopes that next episode is gonna give a satisfactory conclusion to those crucial moments. In this episode specifically, the Arrancars and Shunsui's moment were all new additions, which were very much needed honestly. Back in the day we never saw Nel after she went to rescue Urahara and the gang, so we're all happy to see more of her! Harribel too, cuz she deserves her moment to shine. Also, Michelle might have a fun time next episode, cuz of something she said in cour 3. That is, if she remembers... Exciting stuff !!!

The OST is called “Nothing can be explained (vocal version)” this was definitely the highlight of the episode. This OST has played during OG Clorox too so y’all have heard it before, one of my favorites it’s in my playlist. First time it played was episode 2 of OG 🔥 There’s the regular version (instrumental) and the vocal version but for TYBW it sounds remixed which is what they do for most of the OG OST’s, they sound a little different. The hand that grabbed at Shunsui at the start of episode scared me too Michelle lol. Felt good seeing Nel and Halibel get some screen time 👀 I already knew it was Aizen at the end from the picture before hearing his voice. I don’t think ima survive next episode 🤣🤩

I’m pretty sure this episode is almost entirely original. None of this happened in the Clorox manga (with the exception of one or two panels), and I love it. They’re really giving it the ending it deserved back in 2016.

So, another primarily anime-original episode here and this was decent. I won't say what's been changed, because that would be a spoiler at this point, but I felt this episode was a bit hollow (yes, that was on purpose, I couldn't resist lol). Nothing wrong with the episode, but it didn't really do anything for me either. I will say that the score/OSTs are, as always, really good

A lot of this episode wasn't in the manga at all. Only the Strawberry part was, but even that played out a lil differently. Anyway from what I understood, the plan was to crash the Seed into the Distortion spreading below to stop the 3 realms from crumbling. Four-Eyes chuckled because his plan worked out successfully, managing to save the 3 realms and contain the explosion from the collision. That scene showing Mimihagi absorbed(?) from Head Captain's hands will likely play a part later, i'm looking out for that as well. SUPER excited for the next episode.

Although I get what you're saying since both abilities do some sort of swapping, they are fundamentally different. While Todo's boogie woogie swaps spatial positions, Uryu's antithesis swaps events and causality. It's transportation vs rewriting history

just to let yall know, no kenpachi was not fighting Gerard because hes been out for the count since episode 4, but everything that’s happened from episode 4 to now we’re all at the same time hence why you saw Gerard in that form standing there instead of attacking, because that was the moment he had just transformed when yhwach stole ichigos Quincy powers.

I think uryu's plan was to stop three worlds from integration and try to take out yhwach with explosion if possible. Even if he didn't take out yhwach he may have stopped the three worlds from merging temporarily.

I would love to explain a bit as a manga reader, but this entire episode was new, aside from Ichigo's powers being taken and Gerald's death, pretty much. The whole Ukitake giving Mimihagi to Kyoraku and then being absorbed by Ywach is definitely gonna play a part in his defeat I'd wager. My guess is that Ywach has no clue he absorbed it, since in the past we were shown that Ywach cannot predict/see Mimihagi. I'd say you guys picked up most of the important info. Another peak Clorox episode.
