There really seem to be a lot of idiots who act so smug about having watched an anime before everyone else, like thatā€™s their only accomplishment in life. Seriously, you idiots, please try to understand. When you first watched One Piece, there were things that were mysteries to you too. You probably came up with some absolutely ridiculous theories and imagined all kinds of crazy possibilities. So why is it so hard for you to understand that perspective?

I think the cooking game might be fine I donā€™t think it has like the one piece story in the game so your just get spoil by how a character looks. Which I donā€™t see the big deal personally. I got spoil on some looks and Iā€™m still looking forward to watching it whenever I get to the point

When you guys are watching 6 eps a week you are in a good place when it comes to remembering stuff. When yā€™all were watching 4 eps it was mid at times tho. Please keep calling out the fans that give incredibly stupid hindsight based takes. You guys wouldnā€™t be missing much at all if you were watching it off camera without a schedule to worry about. I didn't really think about it before now but arc was really about familial relationships, blood and not blood related. Lots of times, we find out what a real family is outside of our blood relatives. I think that's why Oda made the Straw hats a family versus shipping the crew together romantically.

I mean if Ron really paid attention and focus he wouldnā€™t have missed it. Itā€™s so obvious about some of the things on first watch even for me, and Iā€™m not a smart person. But cant blame him cos everytime he be thinking about how to be funny trying to come up with a joke, or looking away missing the story while talking over dialogues and doing stretches which could be done before the reactions. Thereā€™s really room for improvements and I know, he could be better.

Guys we all have different how we think we are not that we can know everything, for me i am a slow pace too that in the first episodes i didn't catch about devil fruits and logia i was still confused that luffy power was logia all the time so i learned more later his powers including sanji when he did use fire jamble to cp9 for the first time witout haki, what i mean i don't get that much thinking same as Ron and Michelle so i understand them so guys don't spoil it they will get there

Agreed, the only time I think people should leave comments explaining things is ONLY IF itā€™s something has has ALREADY been fully established but the reactor isnā€™t grasping it. There are some reactors who want patrons to point out small details or things they may have missed. But if the reactor explicitly states they donā€™t want that, then donā€™t do it! Itā€™s that simple.

Im thinking about it and I really dont see it as complex. Sure its a long story...alot of lore, but that doesnt make it "complex" One Piece is far more intricate and complex with all the different dynamics that make up the story

@Jonathan hes not wrong tho. Yes, they have all leverage as creators to do whatever they see fit. We know. But are they too big now to stop caring about the quality of the reactions? This is their job, while its just a pasttime activity for most of us. Does that mean just shut up and be quiet because 5 USD is just change? I guess it really depends on what one means with complex. Are you talking about the plot, the world building, the time the author is taking to tell the story... ? šŸ¤”Which part. The moving pieces that simultaneously exist in the one piece world can determine a form of complexity. But the lord of the rings has a deep complexity that rarely if ever a work of fiction has reached, that goes beyond the moving pieces that on the surface are less numerous. Tolkien not only builds a world, it creates languages, different people and a way deeper and longer history . The philosophies seem simple on the surface but if you try to look within the characters and the lore it carries much further. The characters in one piece are quite static compared to other works of fiction, including the lord of the rings. Take Luffy and Zoro. Yes they changed a bit from the beginning but mostly it's been power and unexplained/implied. While if we look at How Frodo,Sam and more of the fellowship characters are at the end compared to the beginning they're almost entirely different. Not to say Shonen are inferior,because they aren't and i love them. But they have their own rules so they won't break that mold/formula too much. Anywayyyy.. this is what I've been thinking so feel free to explain your ideas. Besides Oda hasn't finished yet so will see how he's gonna wrap it upšŸ˜Š
