2026-10-25 04:00 40:00 Rayleigh spoke about this when they first met him. He said Roger was able to hear the voice of all things. You also saw Koby awaken this ability during Marineford Aisa on Skypiea Luffy on Fishman island and Zou And Momo last arc Dog storm and Cat Viper also mentioned Oden and Roger were able to hear Zunesha, same as Luffy and Momo. Just a quick refresher.

Well, the Three Eye Tribe is almost extinct and barely anyone knows about them. That’s probably why Big Mom sought them out just like other rare or near-extinct races, like Oars Jr.’s kind.

Yes. Although it’s not confirmed, the voice is theorized to be a form of observation Haki. We don’t know for sure if Koby and Aisa have the voice of all things but I feel like it’ll turn out to be the same.

You did see Pudding with 3 eyes at the end of Fishman Island when Luffy talks to Big Mom, but the series hasn't stopped to talk about a 'race of three-eyed people' like this until now. There has been mentions and showings of lots of different races though, like the Giants, Tontattas, sky people with wings, long neck, long arm, etc etc, plus others that you've seen but never would have suspected. It's really easy to think some things are just random details in One Piece lol, but everything matters eventually, and your questions will be answered 😉

I think it’s an educated observation. To say it’s just plain ole observation like we haven’t seen dozens of people with observation not be able to do it is being intentionally obtuse. There are always things revealed in One Piece that aren’t explicitly explained for years. I get some people like yourself need a hand holding but if all the evidence points to something make a verdict.

First off what in the manga backs up this argument? I brought it up because THEY are literally theorizing about it so I reminded them of the times they’ve heard it mentioned or saw something that resembles it if it helps them theorize. But to answer your question the fact they can hear the emotions of people. This is obviously an observation Haki feat and since the emotions come to them as voices, it would make sense if it’s the voice of all things. You know since emotions don’t have voices.

It’s just you’re confirming that Rayleigh said Roger has it but then telling them that Koby also awaken this ability and Aisa has it. Just preface it that you it’s a theory that Koby and Aisa got it. Except Koby and Aisa aren’t actually hearing words. What they hear comes in as words but it’s emotions for Koby and life presence for Aisa. So I ask again, when has Rayleigh or anyone with normal observation Haki done that?

yeah and u r forgetting that people are born with strong obv haki, aisha and otohime, even rey who obv haki is really good but couldn't hear the sea kings talking, even from the first arc luffy has been shown to be able to understand animals(shushu)

I’m not sure if you’re rebutting my point or adding to it. But Rayleigh also said anyone and everyone is capable of mastering both armament and observation. We’ve seen characters with far better observation Haki than those people not be able to do what they do because it’s indeed something you need to be born with. I feel like that’s more evidence to my claim. Now otohime didn’t possess any special form of observation, she was just born with it. I don’t see how she helps either argument.

Aisha was born with obv haki too, otohime was able to sense emotions, obv haki is the most versatile, from prediction to sensory, being able to read/understand and talk to ancient beings like zou or seaking is specifically voice of all things.
