I became deeply impassioned writing the Yang guilty pleasure and so it hit the 2k allowed word limit while only scraping the intro

There's some good fat descriptions BUT it is also just a super wholesome thing connected to the Ruby guilty pleasure

TLDR Story was too long, the wip will be posted Thursday, I will need more time to work on it

Why do you have to keep to a word limit

I have to write a minimum of 17,000 words every month for reward patrons alone. That must be done every single month on time. I also have commissions and general irl stuff to do. So when I add poll stories I need to limit their word count to fit in my schedule.

Why would it be a word limit and not a time limit, perhaps you could allocate a certain amount of time to specific stories and have a certain amount of time you could use to fill in with stories that need to filled in more, the way this update makes it sound is that your spending time making a story shorter when you could just keep going until you find a satisfying end

I write 1,000 words a day. So the word limit directly corresponds to a time limit too
