OUR FIRST EVER FREE CAR MOD FOR ASSETTO CORSA EVO!

A project we invested a lot of time into it! We hope you loved early access! It is finally time for the free release! We've said it and we'll say it again, realism over anything else! We have studied the MR official lap record over and over again and tried to match the physics to the real life car as much as possible! This time, we have a real premiere! The Porsche 992 GT3 RS Manthey Racing has 3 configurations!

Porsche 992 GT3 RS Tuned Manthey Racing (Twin Turbo Setup, 790Hp)

YES! We've heard you! As many requested, a twin turbo setup for the GT3 RS would be lovely! Therefore, we made it and we can confirm it is the most fun car we have ever driven in AC EVO!

Furthermore, regarding the customization of the car, as we said, it has 3 presets/configurations. Clubsport/Weissach/Tuned. Each configuration has it's customization tab with its unique options. Some options are not available for 2 or more configurations since they are unique to one. The car has all the features and animations available and it was setup to be possible to make Skins/Liveries for it! We have also added many more OEM Colors compared to Kunos Porsche 992 GT3 RS, and now there are 24 OEM Porsche Colors available, standard and PTS!

We are looking forward your feedback so please let us know how you feel about it and we will try our best to improve our work!

NOTE: Car does not use the same physics as the Ks Porsche.

What do you mean? There are 3 versions. 2 of them are stock with 525Hp. Only the 3rd version has a different engine being the twin turbo one. And yes, the whole car is different to the kunos one with different physics as well.

Don't get me wrong here or take this the wrong way...No offence... Creating a mod like this for free is amazing work as are all the cars I've tried from your Patreon. I haven't had chance to try the car here or even see it in the game yet. I just wondered if there was a version of the Stock 992 GT3 RS in this mod that has the Manthey kit added to the car. No beefed up engine tune but the uprated handling that the kit adds to the car? Downforce, suspension and that massive rear spoiler?

We really appreciate when people like our work! We try to release free content as well so everyone can enjoy it but obviously only with the support of people we can continue since it’s been an enormous effort and challenge to make all this cars. As realistic as possible! Tested multiple times while comparing each corner speed and racing line to the real MR 992 Lap record. About the Tyre compound bug, we are aware of it! 🤗

Yes, everything is as described.... the installation is very easy, but for some reason it doesn't show me the mod. I've tried another one, I think it's yours too, but the same result.

does this share any parts of the kunos model? im guessing the sound and model is somewhat shared just different physics

The sound is indeed the same, the rest is quite different, depending on what are we referring to.

This question comes up often because it’s the most important—and the first—thing people ask themselves when considering a mod: why add one if the base game already offers something good? To be honest, I have my own ideas about the main differences compared to the Kunos version, but I wanted to hear your take on it. It seems to me that you succeeded where Kunos failed—specifically regarding tire physics. Many commentators criticize the tire behavior in the game, considering it the reason why the GT3 cars feel mediocre. The choice of Pirelli tires likely played a role in that. I’m really hoping Kunos takes inspiration from your tire model to improve their GT3s—do you think that will happen?

Hi! Thank you very much for your kind words! We are still trying to improve it and develop our tyre models further. We do believe quite the same about Kunos tyre models and we would be happy to help. It’s not a brand thing because it’s a simple name and texture we have set up, it’s all about the physics and numbers behind. 🤗 PS: I do think they will try to improve their their tyre models further (which they tried every update), i can’t say for certain if in the end it will be perfect but i do hope for better tyre physics for the base game tyres, if not, we are working on better ones always!

Hello, not exactly fantasy but they are not exactly perfect either. We do have some inside info to try and get the car to be more accurate, but it will never be perfect without all the data, definitely.
