This is the start of painting the NEW Plastic Space Marine Praetor miniature found in the Horus Heresy Age of Darkness starter set from Games Workshop. Painted in the colours of the Alpha Legion!

In part 2, we shift our attention to the gold crown and how I paint it in an NMM style. This also serves as a gold colour recipe for the rest of the Gold nmm on the model minus the axe which gets more nuances added.
