If the download limit has been reached, there is, unfortunately, nothing I can do on my end. It just means Google is overloaded. I am looking into alternative and safe ways to have the download available.

Keep being told that "The download quota has been exceeded for this download" any idea how to fix?

It just means that Google drive has too many requests for the file. There isn't really anything I can do on my end other than wait.
