Closes the tab during load screen or exits it to phones home screen, at the first loading screen with coffee beans.

Strange. From what I can tell your phone should be able to handle it. My assumption is that you are running out of memory so it just crashes. This was what was happening before, when we didn't use texture compression that was more suited for mobile phones. Now we do, but if we load many assets then you're still gonna have the same problems anyway. There will be a hotfix version out soon, I will see if there's anything I can do to try and getting it to run on your phone. My main advice is to try to make sure you don't have a bunch of processes running in the background, and to give the phone a fresh restart, and making sure battery saving mode isn't turned on while playing games. - Lotus

Hi, I purchased access to the latest version but was disappointed with the amount of content. I only got about 5 minutes of gameplay, which wasn’t what I expected. Would it be possible to request a refund? Thanks.

Hey that's odd because when I announced the Episode 1 monthly release schedule, I said this would be a shorter build. I also said this would be short in the free changelog. Its not feasible for us to release a large build every month so we announced that we'd be going back and forth between small and large builds. I'm sorry you expected more but I did everything I could to let people know the amount of content that would be in the build. - Rad

Hey Rad, thanks for the explanation, I understand you mentioned it would be a shorter build. That said, it ended up being much shorter than I expected, and it didn’t feel worth the full price for me personally. I’m not trying to be difficult, just sharing my honest experience. Would it be possible to do a partial refund, maybe around 50%, as a one-time exception? I’d really appreciate it.

Not yet, we are still working on it! Your problem is a rare one and one we can't replicate on our end with a phone with worse specs. So we're working on fixes, but it just takes time. - Rad
