Hazelnut Latte Hotfix 0.15.1.1 (Patreon)

Hey everyone! We got a quick fix for v0.15.1!

As mentioned in the progress post, you might have to start new saves due to changes in the save and load code structure, but the file names have not been changed, nor the save directories, so they should still be compatible. Should.

Features

You can now click just about anywhere on the screen to advance dialogue. Clicking the menu button is the exception. Also you can't advance dialogue by clicking while inside the options menu screen.

Changes

To reduce the amount of assets loaded at once when starting or loading a game, now most menu assets are no longer preloaded, and instead are loaded when they are accessed. This should reduce the amount of memory required to load beyond the start screen, and probably minutely reduce load times. I hope this will fix the issue for players with older android who experience a crash to screen. Will keep trying to improve this in the future.

MacOS builds are now built in a Linux environment, so now the game comes with a working launcher! No longer do macOS users need to use the terminal to generate a launcher any more. You may still need to go into your 'Security and Privacy' settings to permit HazelnutLatte.app to launch. Trying to figure out why that doesn't work.

Bugfixes

Save system not updating correctly to display the latest save file. This was done by completely rewriting the save system changing it to no longer preload save files and overwrite them during run time when saving and loading and preventing the dreaded incorrect index bug. Now the save menu and the save buttons handle all information themselves instead of having it passed to them. Woop woop!

Fixed bug where Charlene's new animated chastity reveal didn't display. Caused by a spelling error when calling the animation. Whoops!

Fixed so player's mouth animates when animated scene shows their face. Missed updating one line of code so this didn't happen before.

Known Issues

When starting the game, the audio master will have volumes set to default values for the game, but when opening the settings menu it will set volume settings to whatever they were last play session. This should have happened when the game started already.

Still have some occasional issues with animations where character arms pass through the animated person. Also, rarely Max's animation for throwing away the cigarette doesn't complete correctly.
