Which one do I download for Android? The compressed or not?

Depends! If you have a newer phone, try the normal. If you have an older phone or a budget phone, maybe try compressed.

I'm having trouble understanding the difference between this version and the latest Ren'Py release; does this one have less content than the final Ren'Py version?

well im brand new here, i downloaded this one and got about an hour of game out of it. Finishes on the flight home after the first visit to coffee shop. So not sure if thats all there is or is there more in the older versions ?

Hey so we restarted development of the game and went back to the beginning of episode 1 in a new game engine that is more suited to what we want the game to be. So yes, this has less conent than Renpy. But we're quickly catching up as we have been releasing content monthly.
