Hello everyone, and welcome to the final progress report for v0.16.1.0.

All animations and illustrations are complete. The music is ready to go.

The only thing left is a final edit pass on the script, and then we can add it to the game.

Unless something catastrophic happens, we will be all good to start releasing this new version on October 6th.

Episode 2 Asset Progress

As for our overall Episode 2 assets, things are looking very good!

Kokman finished 3 new Special Moments this past week, including a new version of the Meet Hazel Date and Meet Jeze. These don't have backgrounds yet because Kikii just finished the Noto's Restaurant exterior.

Kokman and Pamika knocked these out of the park! I love the new Noto's design, and Hazel looks so damn cute.

Demo Status

Once we get the first release of v0.16.1 out the door, we'll start going hard on finalizing the demo for its October 19th release.

The biggest thing I urge the player base to do is replay Episode 1 and try to find any bugs!

For me, I need one final pass of the script before I call it good. I know some typos slipped through. If you also find some, let me know!

Absense

For myself, I had to take off half of last week and honestly should take more time off, but can't. I had something very awful happen to me in my personal life that has truly shaken me to my core and has left me questioning everything while also feeling a great void in my heart.

I do not want to get into specifics, since I know we are all here to have fun and play a porn game. But I am going to try to get my head screwed back on straight, and this may mean not being as active.

I love the community we've grown, but I also want to present my best self. So sometimes if you reply here, Lotus will answer for me, or someone from the community will chime in to help.

I would take time off, but I see the revenue numbers steadily going down, and a Captain can't abandon ship, so I need to focus on work and make this game the best it can be so we can bounce back stronger than ever.
