Well when his son was born, Shadoe already looked like this, if not much larger. If anything he's used to it

Ah okay, for some reason I assumed he'd changed more recently in his adult life. If he's been this way since his son was born then I guess yeah he'd be used to it. Though "much larger" has Shadone been losing weight in his later life?

He has lost weight, but it's mostly been due to him not getting pregnant again since he became a widow. Most of his extra chub was baby weight, but he occasionally becomes pudgier from overindulging in the foods he likes.

It's very likely, he has a habit of letting himself go every now and then. He was also fatter during his numerous pregnancies which is something I really want to draw
