I'll be honest I have no clue what I'm doing but this is what came out. 

I figure that Nick only started lactating years after his transformation (caused by his genetic condition). It's not common for people with Nick's condition to lactate spontaneously, so he didn't see this coming at all. 

With the spontaneous lactation come some symptoms prior to the lactation itself, like fever, dizziness, extreme hunger, tingling and sore nipples and a feeling of the breasts becoming heavier. 

I have a whole head canon for this sort of thing in my head haha. 

Nick should probably text Josh to help him out with his ordeal...

I was thinking of introducing one of his family members with the condition, perhaps one day!

I've been thinking about Nick's story and daily life a lot, and I'd love to illustrate it. I'm not sure when I'd ever get to it though, considering it's so much work. Perhaps one day~

Josh is a really good friend hehe. He's also not the type of guy to sexualise Nick and just sees him as a regular guy, just with a peculiar condition. I bet he'd lend Nick his own work blazer to hide to milk seeping through as the poor guy makes his way to his boss's office to ask for the day off~

Ive always been curious about how Nick developed this way.

I figure that in the universe Nick lives in there's a medical genetic condition in which men can develop female traits when they mature. Some forms of the condition are more severe than others and some with the condition choose to identify as women after their transformation. Nick happens to have that condition, he inherited it from his mum's side of the family. He still identifies as male though, he even still has a male sounding voice!
